  1. We did like 20 things great and 3 things badly in the 3rd quarter and it was a tie. We just can't get that monkey off our backs
  2. Great d, sputtering o, but another possession ends in the red zone. Every time the bills have had the ball, it's gone there. Crazy
  3. Hope mongo is ok. So many guys on o getting dinged up today, but till now at least have gone back in
  4. Ya, it was our power back, plummer (or plumber) was the lb. He had a moustache and looked like a jacked super mario on that play.
  5. The mo flip in the first half was crazy. Big drive leading to a stop at the one, sf comes back 98 yards, we stop em, then we hand them the ball in melt down fashion. Since then, 17 unanswered by the good guys
  6. Because after the first first down, more urgency woulda had two time outs and like 23 seconds w the ball on the 14
  7. I like that d and o to end, but the goofy clock moves cost a shot at a Td
  8. I wish we had linebackers like that Mike Milano guy
  9. My streams are going haywire, if I see this peyton manning show commercial again I'm gonna lose it
  10. If that play action on first was a run, woulda been sick
  11. You think I don't know what you are getting at bro? Now I'm paranoid or something!? *Drops pills*
  12. Allen is gonna will this squad to a win
  13. Well, I suppose your one dimension is ok tho I wanna win!
  14. Our backs and tes are garbage. Only chance we have is airing it out and using that to set up the o. This team is abusive to fans!
  15. Ya, this game has the makings of another prime time blow out loss. These guys are soft. Idiot rb loses the ball in the end zone.
  16. These goof azz broadcasters said winters was in.
  17. Hey, so the broadcast showed winters starting at rg, did he get benched mid drive?
  18. i dunno, i like tirico. he's not perfect, but he's very enthusiastic and clearly loves the game.
  19. so, we (me included) have been saying our ol is good at pass blocking, bad at run blocking. I think the second part of that is the only one which is correct. bad.
  20. he's a better football player than i thought he was, so obv i was wrong about that. the corches have also adjusted how they use him to great effect tho. bill bellycheat is the king of that, only has guys do what they are capable of. he picks players based on his scheme, of course, but then he makes wrinkles and adjustments to maximize what he's got. im glad our guys did that too, but they are so stubborn sometimes, taking a lot of hits to the head against the wall before figuring out they can go around it. my football dream of 3 capable line backers on the field at the same time shouldn't feel so far fetched, considering we were top 3 on D w a 4-3 scheme the past two years, but what do i know.
  21. the suggestion above about blending the impact over a few years, be it explicitly or with some kind of carve out allowances, makes a lot of sense. the three players above, along w brown and murphy might solve our entire issue.
  22. this game is gonna be all about the run D. if milano is back we might even see a shocking new scheme involving more than 2 line backers on the field at once! i do think the bills did a solid job vs the chargers, who are a much better O than san fran, but san fran's varied run attack kinda scares me. on the other side, a slightly more consistent performance from the O can score more points than the niners can answer with (if we get to 27 again, i don't see us losing).
  23. that stat is is because of how much we ran it on first down. the real breakdown vs the chargers is we ran play action a ton of times and didn't do well in it. the Dline was able to beat our Oline so fast that the gains from play action were snuffed out by how quick the pass got disrupted. it was a bit of a case of sticking to what wasn't working, but the run came on like gang busters late, if we didnt' have the devin fumble we likely get another 30 or 40 yards rushing and more points, so i kinda understand what we were going for. aside from the Ol needing to be better (hope morse being back longer helps, and winters is just trash and needs to be replaced by someone else on the roster) i think dabol needs to scheme a little better on the pass run selection. i think a small adjustment will make big returns on that front.
