Another thing to look at besides the S-Corp is going LLC. You actually can be either a sole proprietor or a corporation and be an LLC in NYS. I can't believe you are railing on them for their cheeseburgers when they bread their wings everywhere outside of WNY and include the tip on the 2 boners even in WNY. Wings are the easiest food in the world to do reasonably well. (You need skill and talent to perfect them, but it doesn't take a lot to do a good job.) Wings split at the joints boiled in peanut oil (can't find lard anymore ) until they sound right, drenched in Frank's/ butter. What could be easier?

Oh, no doubt they were full of bunk 1 year ago. But at least when they were actually exaggerating and making stuff up about, er I mean "covering", the event, they didn't know (I will give them credit they probably don't deserve and say they didn't know) just how wrong they were when they were congratulating themselves. When my 1st was still in diapers, we had the computer in his room. When the computer booted up, it played "Shout". He loved that song - he'd kind of bounce around to it and shout "yeah, yeah ... yeah, yeah, yeah ... yeah, yeah, yeah". So it became known as the "yeah, yeah" song. Around the time he was 9 or 10 months old he figured out how to get the computer to reboot to play the "yeah, yeah" song. (He'd hop out of his crib and start playing the song when he was supposed to be going to sleep.) Needless to say, we had to move the computer into the guest room. So, she didn't start "mousing" until she was 2? Why'd you wait so long to get her started?

I've been to the Netherlands and some other countries on the other side of the pond, including that bastion of America-love France. I have never had any problems with the locals. Sounds to me like there is more to the story than your buddy is letting on.

And if he was lucky won every fourth fight or so. I would probably go with Kocur, Williams, and Churla although the guy with St. Louis that broke Rob Ray's face (IIRC, it was Twist) gets an honorable mention. I'd also give honorable mentions to Magnuson, the Plager brothers, Nilan, and Bugsy Watson. Other than Magnuson, I didn't include any guys like Gillies who could actually play hockey as well as goon it up. I also didn't include any guys from way back, but Shore, Howe, and Ferguson probably should be included in the discussion.

I wouldn't add Tasker to that list. The only reason Tasker was waived was the Oilers wanted to activate him from IR. The Oilers were NOT happy that the Bills "stole" him from them.

Close. They played for the team when it was in the WHA, so they played for the New England Whalers. Steve Carlson and David Hanson played for the Whalers. Jack Carlson also played with the Whalers but wasn't in the movie. Jeff Carlson, who was also in the movie, didn't make it past the IHL. The 4 of them all played for the Johnstown Jets.
