When you first said "tunnels in NYC" I wasn't sure if you meant the tunnels everyone knows about. Then you went on and one about it and I did a search. See how that works? Again it was a tunnel (singular), it was investigated and they're trying to seal it. I'm guessing it was in case of terror attacks.
