    LB Andra Davis is not in attendance at practice here Wednesday. The team’s injury report will be released later today. Head coach Chan Gailey did say on Monday that some players might not make it back to practice until Thursday. Davis who is playing through a shoulder injury is likely in that group. from bb.com Maybe Davis is getting cut to make room for Merriman?

    He gets pushed around too often? No, that's the rest of the D-line...Williams actually gets push...he had 8 tackles and 2 sacks yesterday...8 tackles for a DT is phenomenal.
