Is there any value in switching to a 3-4 against Vick? Would the faster LBs be able to contain him when he scrambles?

JP is suppose to be a scrambling QB....4 runs...13 yrds. Hard to be taken seriously as a scrambler if you cannot generate yards. WM had 13 total carries. Need to feed him the ball more. To be successful, we need to run him (or any RB) about 20-25 times a game. Josh Reed is the leading receiver. Need to get Evans and Moulds involved. The 2nd leading receiver was....Shaud Williams. Way too many tackles by the secondary and LBs. Need to get more tackles from the front 4. When the RB position rushes 37 times, we need more than 19 total tackles from the front 4.

Did we let up a 100 yd rusher last season? My memory wants to say no, but maybe we did. I think we miss Phat Pat in the middle on the run. Though the lose of Fletcher can not help.

Over the last 5 yrs is he the best QB in the league? Not even close. The only statistic he has over any other QB is 3 SB rings. Granted it that is the goal, but one player does not make a team. Remember this, should Brady never make it back to the AFC championship game, Jim Kelly would have made more appearances in the big game, though he has not won one. When you talk about great QBs, it is more than just winning the big games. It is the numbers getting there. In the last 5 yrs I would take Favre over Brady. Brady is an above average QB, but not worthy yet of Canton.

There are at least 5 other QBs in the NFL I would take over Brady. For some reason, the NE Patriots have had fortune rain on them. Brady's legacy starts and ends with the fumble called "Tuck Rule".

The NFL rules requires teams to file an accurate injury report on Wednesday before a game. Any changes to the report are to be reported too. For example, Villireal was added last Friday.

Unlike Buffalo, most season ticket holders are corporations and speculators. I know many season ticket holders here in Washington that have tickets, but have not gone to a game. It is an investment. When you sell your tickets for a profit (stubhub, ebaty, craiglist, etc.) you take the highest price. Not the highest price from a home team fan. I have long contended the easiest way to quiet rival fans....WIN! If you win the game, then rival fans stay quiet. Otherwise, what you see is just business at work.

If you watched the game last night, they did a little review of the history of MNF. I now know why Madden hates the Bills..... The Bills are the ONLY team to beat him on MNF!

The Bills do not need to cut Reed to activate Parrish. They might be more inclined to make him inactive until they are convinced that the Roscoe's wrist can take a full game of hits.

I agree with your assessment. I said before the game that the O-Line would need to be the MVP for the Bills to win. Giving Losman time to make the plays creates wins.

It could always backfire...Reed could just stop his route next time and let the defense get the pick. Not every player wants to win. Some actually just play for a paycheck. Not saying Reed is like that. Just a QB needs to know why people are there.

Haslett is safe. Given the situation in NO, Haslett will not be fired. And he is 1-0 right now anyway. TC would not come back to Buffalo. He might have a chances elsewhere. Most likely should Gray (am hold over from GW tenure) get a HC position, he would take whoever wanted to leave. I would guess that Kunrie would stay with Buffalo as DC before leaving to take a similar situation somewhere else. Most likely, Gray would hire Blackmon as his DC.

Probably 20 carries for 80 yds. Houston's D will try to make JP beat them, and will stuff the box to shut down the run and to minimize his scrambling.

The difference is that Gallery will be moving to LT after Sims is gone. The Raiders admit that right now Sims is a better LT than Gallery, so he is playing RT. I still would take Gallery over Big Mike right now.
