It's ok everyone. On the long flight home Mularkey will allow the team to vote on and watch 2 movies of their choice. They will also recieve peanuts and party mix to snack on. It will be an experience that will unify the team and bring them together.....They will loose next week.

I think for the first time ever since being at college I just walked out of the bar I was watching the game at. Simply disgusting. I have a test tomorrow and don't need to waste my time and energy watching that crap.

Well looks like any hope of a comeback is shot. They just had a 9 minute drive down the field stall inside the NE 10 yard line. Then they miss the 25 yard field goal. 21-7 Pats early 4th.

....classic. I think I may have to go watch that episode right now.

There's a difference between objectivity and excitment. Just because they get excited and put emotion into the call when good things happen does not mean they aren't "objective."

Yep that was a horrible tragedy. I have a friend on the club rugby team that knew the guy that got killed in that fire. Bad stuff. Well, I got an update on my buddy a little bit ago. He had emergency neural surgery to relieve pressure that was building up because of bleeding between his brain and the first outer layer. The surgery went well and his condition was upgraded to stable. He developed some pnemonia because he vomited and must have swallowed some into his lungs, but its under control I guess. At this point, its kinda just a waiting game as he'll be out for quite a while. Things are looking better but its still pretty scary.

So tonight we have one of our annual parties with two sororities and another fraternity ( a 4-way), at a great place a little ways out of town called granfathers barn. It's literally a barn that some family turned into a bar for situations just like this. Anyways, my roomate from 2 yrs ago who is in my frat and is a good friend if mine was there as expected. He was pretty drunk but nothing out of the ordinary. When we got back to Oxford after the party we all kinda split up and went to different bars. Well I just got a call about half hour ago that said my buddy fell down the stairs at the bar he was at and had to be medi-vaced out of Oxford to Dayton, Oh. The last I heard, he was in critical condition at a hospital there. None of us can get there because we have all been drinking. If you read this, please keep my good friend in your prayers as I'm freaking out right now and don't know what else to do. He's a great kid and I don't know what I'll do if anything bad happens......

If you liked the Optimator try the Spaten Oktoberfest its great. We have a bar here at school called Steinkeller. They have over 20 beers on tap and all but a handful are German beers directly imported. They have the Optimator year round as well as the Lager, and plenty more of other great stuff. They even have live polka music on Fridays sometimes. Its a great place to sit around, shoot the schit, and put down a few steins.

I'm gonna say "The Annexation of Puerto Rico", which was executed to perfection by the Little Giants....

Mr. Belding came to one of my buddies' college to give a speech about God knows what, but anyways, he told me that he went out to the bars and stuff after and just got mobbed all night. He said hot girls were throwing themselves at him all night and he might have even left with a couple (I can't remember the whole story).

Probably because we were winning when we did it last year if I'm not mistaken; not like last week when we were struggling and giving the other team a chance to blow the game open.

I agree with much of what you're saying but if I remember correctly we were in DIRE need of o-lineman in that draft. It wasn't really even a question of what area we would adress with the #4 pick, it was which one of the dominant "can't miss" tackles would we take; Big Mike or McKinnie. Based on salary, performance, and overall expectations it seems like we can call them both "busts" at this point. From your list, it actually looks like Simmons and Levi Jones are the only early rounders from that draft that are performing. Today we can all sit here and second guess the pick but honestly in the same position a few years ago how could you not take one of those guys. Thats why the draft is still a pretty big crap shoot with slightly better odds.

Man I'm dreading those days. I'm 21 now and a 1 star is about the worst I get with a rare 2 star. Even when I drink a ton, I never throw up and I still feel ok the next day. Even on my 21st after 12+ hours straight of drinking and easily 30+ drinks over the span, I didn't get sick. My friends were taking beers and hiding them from me so I'd stop and go to bed. I finally did and pissed myself on my futon ....

Oh ok. From now on all of us who annoy you will bow down and worship you as our new Tedy Bruschi. Please oh enlightened one, tell the rest of us fans more things we can do to make your game day experience more enjoyable. Maybe we can get a hold of the front office and have them rope off a small section of seats each week so you can stretch out and not have any obstructions at all. Actually maybe they can even enclose it and make nice concession stands and have guards at the door letting people in. It will be a new club level at the Ralph called the "Ass Spelunker Club." If there is anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask your Bruschiness.

What the hell is up with the girls in the 2nd to last picture holding up pop cans? I would hope maybe they're just trying to conceal some alcohol if they're under 21 or something but if not I'm dumbfounded. I mean I thought college student and non-drinker were mutually exclusvie. Oh well, the girls around here aren't big pop drinkers thats for sure...

From a couple years ago: "Lost in Translation". A few us sat down to watch it after hearing it was up for some academy awards and ended up wanting 2 1/2 hours of our life back. No clue how that piece got nominated for awards.

Awww poor Patsies...It's about time some of their "fans" got a taste of a mediocre team, since about 85% of them didn't know they even had one until about 4 yrs ago....I sure hope nobody messes w/ Brady tonight, he's bound to hit someone with his man-purse....

I LOVED seing Bill Belichick pissing and moaning all game and that shot of Brady near the end when he was leaning his head back over the bench was PRICELESS!!!.... If only we could have held on last week and been able to appreciate it 100 times over
