  1. Where do you get the worst onside kicker in history from? Beer? I've had plenty and that's not what comes to mind for me. What I think of are those punts throughout the year rather than even to try a long 48 plus yarder with Lindell. That says the HC is of little faith. I think Lindell looks for new employment next year, maybe along side Drew.
  2. This team learned this year what it takes to win. Whether Drew leads the Bills next year or not is highly debatable, but one thing is in the books. Despite a horrible 1-5 start, we and our Bills were in it until the final play of the regular season.
  3. Pitt being the possible extremely rare exception, a young QB rarely takes his team to the promised land. JP will have his struggles next year if so annoited as the starter, yet while liking drew tremendously as a person, change may very well be in the air.
  4. Mike, Drew managed to play decently down the strecth and until today, I may have disagreed with you but..... What really hurts right now is that the Rams did their part, and we did not.
  5. Let me phrase my reply properly......BLOW ME
  6. Bills Daily has him listed as questionable, but not likely to play. The injury has been changed from hammy to sternum....nothing more specific.
  7. MANATEEFAN!!!!!!!!! How are you and your hubby doing? I like the sweet toys you two recently treated yourselves to. That 05 'Stang would look real good in my driveway. Bout time you quit lurking and posted. Love ya.... P.S. My profile had my B-Day as the first so NJSue only went by what she saw. NJSue - thanks, my B-day is the 18th and I corrected my profile.
  8. Here's to hoping he'll just simply revert to his old Jets form.
  9. Whoa, I almost bit. Let's not bring up the old, tired "Frozen Water" mantra now. Big game today. Enjoy.
  10. That's just it. The Jets can look very good at times, and at others, fairly poor. No college degree required to determine which we hope takes the field today.
  11. That's something I pray the Bills have well planned for becuase you know Blitzburg will be applying a ton of heat, right up the gut.
  12. All in takes is a dream, a hammer, some nails, some screws, some glue, some sweat, and more cash than my wife normally let's me near...... We bought this house in 1997 and I began planning how to do it almost immediately. It took three years to get started, but I had plenty of time to get the plans right. That's a big part of it. When our youngest (Joshua, almost 4) reaches 10-12, I'll be converting their play room off the rec room into our home theater, so I hope I'll still be healthy enough to make it fly. Thanks.
  13. Are we pumped or what? Nice.... It's now 6:50 am and I'm wide awake. No sleep now....
  14. For me, it's Thank God, My Country, My Father and my Mother for...... DirecTV and the NFL Sunday Ticket...
  15. Now there's a great idea...A TSW party...
  16. I'll second that. For those going to the game, MAKE OUR HOUSE ROCK !!!!!!
  17. There's no place like home (only exception - RSW). Plenty of cold beer, warm food and my entire family watching and cheering for Bills. How many others here have their favorite room decorated with a Bills theme? (for some reason when I look at this via Firefox, it gets a bit out of sorts, but with IE, it's A-OK) OhBF's Place
  18. Crap it's 0611 and sleep....is...eluding....me.....must get some sleep. T minus 6 hrs and 49 minutes and counting....
  19. You bet Bill. May the New Year and all coming years provide for your family's health and happiness, as well as for the families of all posters here at TSW. Here comes 2005 in under three hours, ready or not......
  20. Happy New Year to all !!!!
  21. In this great country of ours, having freedom of speech legally protected, doesn't automatically make what you say right. If a post seems redundant to you, simply move on. Why is that so hard to understand or accept?
  22. Anyone remember Raymond Chester? There was a guy who could steam roll DB's who got in his way. Before him, a guy named John Mackey was pretty darned good as well. As for Campbell, I think he's a lot better than he's given credit for. Real shame he hurt his knee. I think Drew and Clements finally awoke to what he's capable of just before he got hurt. Yet, my fantasy is seeing Peters make a catch over the middle and tearing up any DB that gets in his way. This guy may well be a huge (clearly) possibility for us down the road.
  23. For my 2 cents, DirecTV wins hands down. Better overall price (TWC just bumped their rates another $10.00 a month in Nov !!!), far better PQ as well even with the very high compression of the signal. TWC's digital is seriously inferior (at least in our area) with constant pixelation issues, freeze ups, etc., and their equipment (their didgital box) is years behind DSS. And the issue of multiple TV's (we have 7) is a non-issue with a simple two receiver set up and modulation, coupled with our antenna for locals. We may even get a third receiver in the near future just to please my older daughter. We'll still be ahead of cable then too. My experience with cable is almost all negative. They got their negative press the old fashioned way, they earned it.
