Caught the Ravens having no clue what they were doing defensively. Humphery was still looking for the call. -

Yes Tony, the Chiefs have just found that formula of blitzing everyone and trying to make a big play. Its not like thats been Spags entire tenure. -

The great Mahomes can't make a bad pass you know like the two backwards passes he had just last week. -

Mahomes throws a wobbly duck behind his Running back and the commentators talk about how it was Smith's fault. Yes Smith should have caught it but even if he does he doesn't get the first there because it was a poor throw. -

The Ravens are very good offensively in every way to beat them you either have to outscore them or get turnovers. The defense is the disappointment for the Ravens but lets be honest. Its really hard to stop good offenses in today's NFL -
9/28/2025 Bills vs Saints post game thread

The Bills 100% do this and its been over McDermott's tenure. The Bills tend to limit their playbook on offense and defense when they feel they are playing inferior opponents and today was another example of that. I think the offensive line struggled because VanDeMark got his lunch at at times today. In return I think having RVD struggling at RT made Torrence worse today today and I think that showed as this was his worst game as well. I agree I think the Wide Receivers were fine. Shakir looks like his normal self, Palmer made plays when the ball came his way and the same for Coleman. -
You can walk with torn knee ligaments. Its the side to side stability of it that makes it dangerous to play on. They brought in Ryan Stonehouse and Matthew Hayball. If Stonehouse knee is alright(he tore up his knee as well) then he'd be the guy I'd like to see brought in if Johnston is done.

You might be disappointed in the Bills today and the way they played but they won and by double digits. The NFL can smack you in the face really quick when you think your good just ask the Packers last week against the Browns and the Chargers today against the Giants who both lost to winless football teams while being undefeated. It was sloppy, it wasn't easy but the Bills are 4-0 and thats all that matters. -
9/28/2025 GAMEDAY Bills vs Saints 1pm GAMEDAY THREAD

Codrington is gone after Hairston is activated . We aren’t keeping him. Didn’t trust him down the stretch last year and now inactive. Either Shakir or Coleman or Samuel will be the PR from here on out -

Apparently the vaunted Vikings defense had too much lager in Dublin -
I think people are already setting themselves up for disappointment when we go OG, LB, S at the top of the draft next year haha.
-
We should probably give this one away since it’s an NFC opponent and it doesn’t mean as much because of Conference record. Plus we need to make the Saints feel better about themselves
-
Yea I’m with you I said Torrence at worst tucks in the top 10 which right now is 17.5 million dollars a season before he’s scheduled to become a free agent
-
Easy to say that now but what if Harbor busts and the next WR goes on to have success or even a different position of need. There were tons of people on this board before the draft that refused to even consider Cooper DeJean and only after his rookie season did people start saying how could we have passed on him. It’s already bad enough that McConkey is what he is and listening to the comparisons of him and Coleman. Mostly by me haha. Could you have pictured if we took Legette like so many wanted on this board, even compared to Coleman let alone McConkey. This board would have killed Beane. Im gonna be honest a lot of people use Metcalf as an example of why you can’t pass up metrics profile but Metcalf went end of round 2, he’s a one route straight line player who doesn’t run a route tree. Yes he had some good seasons but it was with Russ Wilson in his prime and what does Russ do really well. Breaks contain and had the best deep ball in the league. It was a perfect match for what a QB/WR did best for his career. Is he a good player , yes I’m not going to deny that but he isn’t the elite 30 mill + WR the Steelers are paying him to be
-
I’ve seen Harbor play . Very raw player. Just because a guy is an athletic freak doesn’t mean he’s going to translate. People were fawning over Legette here for months on end and there is talk about trading him already because he’s a wreck, been injured, dropsies and everything. You could blame it on him being in the Panthers but McMillian hasn’t had any issue yet acclimating to that team. I told people for months that Legette not playing for 4 years despite being a freak athletically was a big red flag and very few listened because people get enamored with height, weight, speed profile and tend to only look at highlights of a player
-
It’s an interesting question. I’m assuming we’re going to get RVD at Right Tackle but he does struggle out on the right side more I just think they’d have more trust in him than throwing Lundt into the fire.
-
I’d like to see Harrison away from the Cardinals. He looks completely checked out there. Yes Murray put that one on him but Murray is such an overrated passer he isn’t going to get the consistent target he needs to be successful there. Never been a fan of Murray and that team will never go anywhere with him as their Quarterback

Week 4, Ain'ts v. Bills, PREDICT THE SCORE!
gonzo1105 replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills 33 Saints 13 -
I would too if my Running back was on pace for 5.5 yards per carry and 1,600 yards rushing. He’s also on pace for 2,000 scrimmage yards. We are a two headed monster, we don’t need to be like the 2021 Bills where Allen had to do everything under the sun to win us a football game. Our offensive line is arguably the best in football with an arguable top 5 RB. I think Joe Brady needs to be quicker with adjusting when teams start to load the box to take it away
-
I think our biggest needs for next year are as it stands right now: High Priority: IOL, DE, LB Mid Priority: S, WR, K Low Priority: DT, OT
-
Yes , it was a bad move I don’t even try to play it off and Teller was very good for awhile but his play had not been near as good the last couple of seasons and would argue both Edwards and Torrence have been just as good or better than him for a fraction of the cost. Doesn’t help that we could have had him for 4 years at a high level before those two arrived He’s in the last year of his deal, it’s either re-sign or free agency
-
The problem is with that is he’s going to price himself out of the Bills range. He will be 26 years old, he was a 2nd round pick, which means he’s in his prime and is going to be looking for a large contract to set him and his family up for life. On the other side, The Bills have committed big dollars to both Dawkins and Brown. They are likely to sign either McGovern to a large deal this offseason or re-sign David Edwards to an above average deal or both. Honestly the best way to set aside money for Torrence is to let McGovern walk this offseason. I don’t see it happening as historically the Panthers and Bills have invested in the Center position well before Guard. Examples of this are Ryan Khalil, Mitch Morse, and McGovern. On the contrary they haven’t invested in Guard at all high level. Then we take into the fact that there is a dearth of good offensive lineman in the league, guard salaries have exploded and due to Torrence’s age, play level, and lack of even good offensive lineman and I’d bet Torrence tucks into the top 10 paid guards in the NFL which at this moment is 17.5 million dollars a year. Far too much for the Bills to pay
-
I think he’s going to command too big of money for the Bills to retain. An ascending guard in a more demand position than supply. He’ll also be in his prime when he hits the market. Guard salaries have exploded in recent years and I don’t see Beane paying that type of money to keep him
-
Hmmm he's been traded a lot recently and the Eagles moved off of him fairly quickly after giving him a 3 year deal and now the Texans let him go. That tells me one of two things, either his play has deteriorated to the point that teams no longer think he can be a starter or he's a royal pain in the ass and teams don't want to put up with him anymore. Maybe a little bit of both could be the case as well. This just reeks of when this board wanted Diontae Johnson badly because he had a couple of good season with the Steelers only to find out he was an absolute headcase. I think this might be a similar situation.
