  1. Right around where I thought he'd go. Amazing athlete. Worth a shot this late but he would take a couple of years to be a WR. Could probably be a KR/PR in year one and have a package like a Taysom Hill in year 1 if a team wants him on the 53
  2. Let me just say the questions to Beane and to T.J. Sanders were annoying as hell yesterday constantly asking about the weight and whether Sanders could play the 1T like they were trying to egg on Beane and the player in a nice way about the need for it. I can only imagine what its going to be like when he gets up there about Day 3 after not taking a WR. I would have liked a WR too but it was clear that the Bills said we really struggled in these two areas of football last year and used the strength of the draft to attack those weaknesses. .........And there goes my boy Tommy Mellott
  3. Lundt has way way better feet than Luke Tenuta did and its not even close
  4. Lol I have no interest in picking up that tub of goo for 5 dollars let alone an NFL contract
  5. One more pick then we get to decide who is going to be our next hall of famer in the UDFA process. -5000 odds on the favorite being a WR UDFA
  6. I mean the thought either has to be he can play some guard or he is in direct competition with RVD for that last spot.
  7. I'm not going to hate on Lundt over Williams type debate. Lundt looks like a Spencer Brown clone like same body type and has pretty good feet for such a large guy.
  8. Lundt was a Gunner sleeper. Mountain of a man I just don't know where the guy fits
  9. To further my point on the possibility of Tommy Mellott as a WR I'm not joking. He's a developmental WR for sure and wont play immediately but the long term payoff could be large. FCS player of the year as a QB, Supposedly ran a 4.39 and jumped 41 inches in the vertical jump at his pro day. He is not a QB at the NFL level but I have seen him play and he's tough, durable, and is pretty good with the ball in his hands in the open field. I don't know if he can catch but he did do his pro day as a Wide Receiver prospect so NFL teams have seen him run routes and catch passes. RAS Score Calculator as a WR is a 9.68
  10. I mean if you think about it it kind of makes sense. The #5 WR has to be a guy who plays special teams more than being on the field as a WR and Shavers specialty is Special Teams. Alright Boys, if you want a WR I have an intriguing option for you but your probably not going to like it haha. I would like for the Bills to select QB Tommy Mellotte from Montana State and convert him into a WR. If you dont at least know the player please watch him. Ran a 4.4 flat at his pro day and is the reigning FCS Player of the year.
  11. I mean if your asking I do really like Robert Longerbeam from Rutgers lol
  12. They did meet with Sheppard so there is a possibility there. I also wonder if the Bills wont draft one this late now because they will be able to attract more of them in the UDFA market by having a legit open roster spot or if they promote Shavers to the active roster, which I think is a legit possibility at this point, opens up a practice squad position.
  13. I mean Jackson, Sanders, and Walker are probably not going to be starter this year but all 3 of them are going to be a large part of the defensive line rotation which you already talked about. It also allows them to finally put their monetary resources next year into something else. With Bosa, Epenesa, Jones, being free agents those guys no longer will cost us the X amount of dollars it took to fill a spot because they took these 3 guys. The secondary might not play a ton but it protects the Bills if one of their starting CB's goes down which unfortunately has happened two years in a row vs the Chiefs. Benford both years and Douglas was playing on one leg in 2023. The Bills are banking on their upgraded Dline and secondary being stout to shut teams down that they haven't typically done in the past.
  14. Its called Cover 6 and yes I know about it. It was mostly a joke to you. The guys they drafted with the exception of Hairston probably aren't going to be on the field this year but hopefully next year. Still their depth is going to be impeccable compared to last year in the secondary. It was clear when Benford went down they were sunk last year.
  15. This draft is actually really really solid if you can handle the face that we have drafted solely defense and I'm not sure we're done. We might need to hit up a LB with these last two picks.
  16. Yes I get what your saying but its not like they can be like hey Benford, Tre, and Taron get out there and play zone and Hairston, Strong, and Hancock get out there and play me some man.
  17. Haha another DB. They are making over that room. Bye Dane Jackson, bye Cam Lewis, by JaMarcus Ingram. Another guy who plays..........Man Coverage. I think its certain boys and maybe gals we are now converting to being a man football team.
  18. The only thing that makes sense is if they are planning on taking Dolac here. There is no QB like Sanders out there. That would be the story and they want to show Dolac getting picked locally.
  19. Hmmm waiting on the Bills 177th pick and not putting it on the ticker on NFL Network. Always makes me think a little something is up.
  20. I think he is likely going to eventually take Gilliam's job either in year 1 or 2 and when Anderson moves into David Edwards spot he'll probably be that new 6th lineman but thats just a guess.
  21. I mean it would be quite hilarious if the Jets just jumped us for Dolac after the Rams jumped us for Paul
  22. Brugler fails to mention that he was a transfer to Georgia Tech. He was a multi year starter at Yale before transferring to Georgia Tech so you know this dude is smart as hell. Smart and tough football player late in the 5th.
  23. Don't hate Gunner he's going to have a role in this offense this year, he'll be on the 53 and he's a physical football player in the run game.
  24. Jackson Hawes was in my top 10 rankings for TE's. He is a monster blocker at the TE position. He also will put Reggie Gilliam's job in jeopardy as well and he will play special teams. Hawes is an excellent pick to compliment the two guys we already have in the room.
  25. HEY!!!!! I know who they picked and I really really like it. Called this one boys.
