That would be incorrect, sir. That is to say, I thought we WOULD draft a RB last year in the 1st and we WILL NOT draft a WR in the 1st this year. Now move along. Go on. Git!
So you wouldn't take Ellis or Dorsey if they were to fall? Just askin'......... Are you telling me Harvey wouldn't be an improvement? There is no such thing as having an "abundance" of talent in the trenches. I don't care what your other needs are. Quality DL makes your secondary better and an outstanding OL makes your QB, WR and RB better.
There isn't a WR in this class that would even remotely make the Bills better than a trench guy. You can EASILY fill your desire for a WR in round 2 or later. Next!
Apparently, we can find "fault" with any of these WRs, therefore, all are too risky @ #11, IMO. WR & TE can be addressed sufficiently in rounds 2 & 3.
Bills brass goes OL, DL or CB with 1st pick. Just a gut feeling.
Adding help to the trenches on either side of the ball is always sound, IMO. Recognizing we have needs elsewhere, I wouldn't condemn the front office for adding to the 2 most important units on the field, the OL & DL.
Nice, Ozy. You're a real class act. BTW, I wasn't protecting Pete, merely pointing out the way you took him LITERALLY.
Mother jokes?!?!?! Hey Oz, I didn't know comedy was a prerequisite to getting your GED. Nice job, LOSER!!
Hmmm. Seems like you were giving him a hard time. OF COURSE he doesn't know they'll trade down. OF COURSE he doesn't know Kelly will slip past twelve. He's merely making educated guesses.
And as far as the rest of being disappointed "when they do something else"? Leave it to the masses to handle the emotional shock, ok?
'preciate your concern for everyone here on the board, though.
P. S. Pete, I happen to agree with you. But I won't hold a gun to your head if you're wrong.
