  1. "My wife really liked the speech" "Don't you know I'm gay" Like I said I don't care what the hell you are but I think you might have some issues you should deal with. Another one would be calling people who don't agree with your unique worldview 'sexist" because they use such offensive to women terms like "shrill" and "smitten".
  2. Let us see, the announcement was only made official a few hours ago and already you've said she'll dominate the whole news cycle for days to come and everybody will watch her speak at the RNC. Even forgiving the hyperbole here I sort of find it hard to believe you and others here aren't just a wee bit smitten....for the shallowest of reasons.
  3. It is safe to say that there is more than just me who hasn't heard of her. My response is based on the reactions of the republicons such as yourself, praising her for the most shallow of reasons. It's what you idiots basically use to nail Obama supporters with....so the whole hypocrisy thing comes back again. But of course being a public speaker yourself why shouldn't you sing her praises for having a golden throat. Why I bet she electrifies the Nation in St Paul with the whole world (everyone) watching. Oh I'm also sure she'll be on the front page of the Buffalo News on Saturday. Sunday might be a different story.
  4. I don't care what the hell you are but when you make a moronic ecstatic premature ejaculation over this shrill woman saying "Everyone will tune in to see her speak at the RNC" it tends to undermine the small amount of credibility you have here.
  5. You are a republicon simpleton who has been taken apart here before but does anybody expect the vp pick of one of the two parties not to be the number one story tomorrow? Jeezus, talk about stating the obvious!!
  6. HA ha! Yeah I listened to it on radio too, my ears are still ringing. I wonder if she was hopping up and down on stage like old Danny boy. Pick is lame. All the dems gotta do is tie her with Stevens to discredit her. I'm sure there's a trail there in welfare state #1.
  7. But not on the ears. Migod is her voice grating! I lasted 2 minutes. Anyways here's the scoop on her upcoming troopergate scandal. The Obama camp should have a field day with this. http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/...pers_firing.php
  8. Yeah, when one of the two major parties announces its vp pick it has a tendancy to do that. That said the pick arouses very little enthusiasm outside of the brain dead base.
  9. Today's Buffalo News front page leads off with Obama's historic speech. There goes that theory. Additionally when Gustav hits America-particularly if it strikes near NOLA-the so called buzz invented by conservatives regarding Palin (nobody else really cares or is excited) will be blown right off the map. That's the nature of news cycles nowadays. Watch her speak? I think my sock drawer might need rearranging at that time. But when she does speak I wonder if she'll talk about her recent ethics investigation.
  10. HA! We're now finding out Palin abused the power of her office when she tried to have her brother in law, a state trooper, fired. Great pick McCain! This is going to be fun!
  11. Nobody does really. We are finding out she is currently under an "ethics investigation", but then again what republicon nowadays isn't?
  12. I'm still having difficulty figuring out how this helps McCain and the republicons, even with all the recent revisionism with Bush/Katrina going on here lately.
  13. Whatever happens this could have more of an impact on the election than anything before. Imagine what this could do to oil prices.
  14. I find it really ironic that a potentially lethal storm is on path to hit New Orleans (let's hope it doesn't) almost exactly three years after Katrina, while the republicons hold their convention. If it does hit NOLA hard you might as well turn the lights out for the GOP this election. http://www.wjla.com/news/stories/0808/548514.html
  15. MSNBC's Morning Joe now has Lieberman in Dayton where McCain is set to make his announcement.
  16. Huckleberry appeals to cons to. I never heard of this woman before I woke up an hour ago and I actually follow politics. How is this choice going to excite the average voter? I still think it's Joe Lieberman and until I hear differently I'm going with him.
  17. Well Fox is saying that so take it for what it's worth. Give McCain credit for paring off a couple drips like Plenty and Mittsy from the list. Still, who the fuk is Sarah Palin....honestly? What a lame choice. He would probably have been better off choosing Huckleberry.
  18. Those hardcore Hillary supporters (like the dimwit delegate from Wisconson who was going to support McCain until she found out he was going to overturn R v Wade) who are going to switch parties are basically petulant children. Wah!
  19. An awesome job by Hillary. Reminded me why I voted for her under a decade ago. Republicons should be scared now.
  20. We used to go by the monicker Porn on the Cob but cleaned it up for mass consumption that'll happen anyday now. Nothing on the net yet but you can catch us at Mohawk Place next month if you're in the vicinity of downtown bflo.
  21. Hedd, H*E*D*D. Its my Catholic metal band. And no, I am not Wacka.
  22. Man I love that picture! http://politicalhumor.about.com/library/im...lbushguitar.htm

  24. Or saying Iraq and Pakistan share a border. Ok, now whose turn is it?
