  1. Could they even comprehend?
  2. I still do. Get a lot of laughs. I ditched dial- up in 98 when DSL became available.
  3. This got me going in the morning in high school. I am not a morning person and this would give me a kick start and if I did dumb things the night before I'd wake up with it, literally.
  4. Exactly
  5. Oh, the horror. AOL will end dial-up internet service in September, 34 years after its debut — AOL Shield Browser and AOL Dialer software will be shuttered on the same day | Tom's Hardware https://share.google/EBLLk7nkyvFAstPWb
  6. Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Sergei Prokofiev, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Igor Stravinsky, Modest Mussorgsky are some of the more well known ones.
  7. Love it so much it was my major in college. Western art music Is it's real name and Classical was a period in it from about 1750 to 1820 for those that may not know. So many great composers. I especially like Spanish and Russian ones. Here are the main periods. Medieval (c. 500 – 1400): Characterized by the development of plainchant (monophonic, modal, liturgical music) and the early forms of polyphony. Renaissance (c. 1400 – 1600): Marked by a renewed interest in classical ideals, polyphony flourished, and secular music became more prominent. Baroque (c. 1600 – 1750): Known for its elaborate ornamentation, dramatic contrast, and the development of new musical forms like the concerto and opera. Classical (c. 1750 – 1820): Featured clarity, balance, and formal structure. Composers like Mozart and Haydn were prominent. Romantic (c. 1820 – 1900): Emphasized emotional expression, individuality, and dramatic narratives. 20th/21st Century (c. 1900 – Present): A period of great experimentation and diversity, including various avant-garde movements, atonal music, minimalism, and more.
  8. Ego batteries are all 56 volts .
  9. Man ....
  10. Jerry Stiller. King of Queens and Seinfeld.
  11. Thank you and I agree! What a fun ride. Thank you very much for the reminders, truly fun. Even got people in virginia and north carolina to watch this last game. They seemed to enjoy it too.
  12. Wahooooo! Love it!
  13. I live in VA too. I really wanted to go to that game and take my girlfriend's son to his first NFL game. Got online on wednesday to buy tickets and saw the prices and then read comments about waiting until game day for a better price. I did get tickets in Orchard Park against New England , almost 200 for nosebleeds. That's fine. I can afford anything , but like someone else said, doesn't mean I'm going to pay it.
  14. Probably not useful to you, but maybe somebody else. I just got the EGO lawn tractor and I love it. My craftsman riding mower was still running, but after twenty three years it started to smoke. The ego was $500 off and with the looming tariffs, or maybe not now, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I had all greenworks yard tools but like the ego mower much better and it came with six batteries. I have .62 of an acre and it covers it easily. SO QUIET!
  15. It's connected to a DirecTV DIsh and antenna and I stream Youtube sometimes through the TV. I have firesticks for the 4 plasmas as DirecTV has an app now and got rid of all of the extra DTV receivers. I have Matrix splitter and can send the DTV receiver signal to the plasmas as well.
  16. Hisense is Chinese company if it matters to you(so is TCL). I have 4 older Samsung plasmas that I still use a well as a Sony OLED which has great picture but streaming is a little choppy for live sports. It's 4 or so years old so maybe they've sorted it out but I don't stream on it 99% of the time. I'm not a fan of LG products but almost pulled the trigger on aN 86" OLED at costco. I think they had it for 899 and the picture was great but may do a projector whenever I finish the basement. I don't know if it's still the case, but LG and samsung used to supply sony with the oled panels themselves.
  17. I had a lot into my 20s(I'm 55 now) and they mysteriously disappeared. Have been thinking about getting the old Iron Man , Fantastic Four and Silver Surfers again. The internet is a wealth of knowledge and perhaps the local comic book store is still useful. It's been a while for me.
  18. It's public record and super easy to find out anyway.
  19. I moved to Virginia when I was 5 years old and I had watched more Caps Games than Sabres, until I got directv in 1997, I'm not a Fan, but I've always watched them and I like their announcers. Even went to their Cup parade with a friend Caps fan. It was really fun. The players were really sauced after the parade and were dropping effbombs on the stage after, so funny. But the pure joy in Washington DC that day. I want that for Buffalo so badly. I was born there but have lived in Virginia for 50 years but I still bleed Buffalo, Joe B, caps announcer, is from New York and Lacher is solid in my opinion and they always had nice things to say about the Sabres fans and especially Rick Jeanneret. The great 8 is still a force and should keep playing if he wants to. I thought Gretzky's goal scoring record would never be broken, but it has, just such different eras, I'm sure I'll be dead when a Ovies record is broken.
  20. No Judgment here but... 🤣🤣
  21. I agree but still awesome. I'm not Chrysler/Dodge/Ply guy but love those 60s cars and I'm not Joe Dirt. Love Heart too.
  22. He broke the record at 7:26 of the second period against the Islanders.
