  1. So was Peerless in Atlanta, but couldn't do anything in it. I like Evans, don't get me wrong, but I think it's a bad spot. He's making too much money for the production he's putting up, but he only brings a home-run threat. Even Roscoe has better Yards/G this year than Lee. Guys that were double-covered consistently like Mike Williams in TB have been significantly better. I think he's good to have, but not sure he's much more than an occasional long catch guy that demands safety help.
  2. An IPA or a Stout to go along with the ball of beer? Beer + Beer = life's good!
  3. I agree, but I'm skeptical that Evans is going to be really considered much of a threat. How Evans is playing right now is starting to remind me of how Peerless Price did in Atlanta.
  4. Saw this earlier during the game, and haven't seen it mentioned anywhere yet: Steve has had a helluva year on the field. Hopefully he can do this for a few more years.
  5. This will be fun. I'm interested to see how this works out for Maryland, and think it could be a good fit. The question for me is whether Leach will be able to overcome the talent pool being less in Maryland than it was in Texas. In Texas, the lesser recruits are still really good. In Maryland, from the little I know about recruiting, I think it's not quite as good. If he can steal some good recruits, I think he can accomplish similar things to what he did with tech: A bunch of 9+ winning seasons & shots at BCS bowls. Especially given the state of the ACC.
  6. Brett, Your client is one of the best in the NFL. I love rooting for him as a fan, and appreciate what he does for the team both on and off the field.
  7. Cable, you're taking it personally because you know her. You have to expect that people will look at the available evidence and come to their own conclusions. However, I won't post anymore, since it does seem to affect you on a personal level.
  8. lol. Hopefully this one will turn out like that one & not go widespread. I'm glad that the only ones in the media I've seen mention it are local Bills media, who aren't going to make a big deal of it.
  9. Yeah, I honestly think that he could have been trying to DM it to some girl on twitter and have accidentally posted it publicly.
  10. It's more about the PR nightmare he would have caused if this had went widespread. In the same season, blaming God and then making a snafu like this would be ridiculous. I love his play on the field, but they need to keep him away from the public.
  11. Sorry, I didn't know I was only allowed to post stuff that was favorable about him.
  12. Right. Someone hacked his twitter account, and the only thing they did was upload a pic to twitpic? He used his twitter account for hours & uploaded the photo of him and scoe after the other pic.
  13. Dear lord. You *still* dont get it. Here's what you said in your last post: The important distinction is that it was never on his twitter feed and was never part of it. It's important because there's a huge chunk of NFL media that follow his twitter feed, but no one was likely to see it unless they were looking at all the pictures on his twitpic page. Because it was *never on his twitter feed*. The only media that said something about it was Sal Maiorana from Rochester D&C and Matt from BuffaloRumblings.com. This may slide under the radar, which would be a great thing for Stevie & the Bills. If it was on his twitter feed, the media would have been all over it.
  14. lol, how hard is it to understand that twitpic isn't part of twitter? The picture was never on twitter, you had to go to his twitpic page to find it. That's not a worthless point, it's an important distinction for a number of reasons that you don't understand.
  15. Again... before you try to school someone, know what the hell you're talking about. Also, know when to stop. It doesn't "become a part of a person's twitter". Twitpic uses Twitter's SSO API to do authentication. There's tons of websites all over the internet that do that, just like they allow you to use your facebook username/password to login. Does that mean Tripadvisor is part of Facebook? They're two *completely separate* entities. It doesn't "become a part of a person's twitter" any more than other sites using SSO authentication do, like Plixi (a Twitpic competitor): http://plixi.com/
  16. It's a separate entity, no matter what its called. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TwitPic Next time, know what you're talking about before you try to school someone.
  17. I just can't see how anyone puts that on the coach and not the punter - as if the coach didn't tell the punter to punt it out of bounds.
  18. It's on twitpic, not twitter.
  19. His own penis, lol
  20. Steve Johnson posted a picture of his penis on twitpic.
  21. Way to be a dumbass, Stevie. Can't wait to see what Deadspin says about this. Link removed...if you want to see it go find it.
  22. I'd roll with McFadden and Sjax with Tebow out. For WR, gotta love Kenny Britt this week, Miles Austin should get some looks with Roy potentially out, and Fitz against Carolina is my 3rd choice (even though I don't totally trust ARI)
  23. There's actually a rumor that Mack is stepping down and that he floated out the idea before the season that this is his last year. Probably false based off of all the reports I've read, but it's a possibility. If you guys want good insight into the problems this year at Texas, this is a really good article: http://recruitocosm.fantake.com/2010/12/07/biopsy-results-are-in-its-bad-news-but-expect-a-full-recovery/
  24. once in a generation? Tebow was nowhere near the level of a Vince Young.
  25. You can screw them, but you can't screw their brewing scene! It really is the best in the country.
