I disagree with that poll, because not naming Tavaris Jackson is an obvious oversight and skewed the results. Jackson should be #1.

In those 12 games as a feature back, he compiled 1281 yards from scrimmage, 28 receptions, and 11 TDs, and averaged 5.2 ypc. On average, that is $291,667 in guaranteed money each year. By comparison, Chris Brown got $400,000 guaranteed each year to be the Texans' #2 RB.

Pretty much guaranteed that whoever they had picked at #11 was going to make more due to the screwed up salary structure. Not that I disagree with you about Peters - I'm also of the opinion that the Bills should pay him, but the rookie salary structure sucks.

Which is why the movie didn't really work for me - it felt like they couldn't pick who the hell they wanted to be the focus of the movie. They spent most of their attention on the Joker, but didn't really explore the psychological trauma that Dent was going through. They also didn't provide the Joker with much of anything, outside of being an anarchist.
