  1. Which is because the customer couldn't open it back up, not because the techs marked it resolved.
  2. I don't disagree with this assessment. I think Orakpo *will* help out the team's pass rush that he goes to, and he can be a monster, but he's not good enough to consistently break double-teams, which is what you are expecting when you draft a player like him at #8ish.
  3. Not really, we do that all the time when we've solved issues. The customer can open it right back up, or confirm that its solved (and give it a satisfaction rating), or do nothing if they prefer.
  4. So, I've seen a couple mentions of Brian Orakpo pulling a disappearing act at times. This isn't necessarily wrong - but I don't think its a 100% accurate view of what is going on. Most of the time this season, Orakpo was double and (once in a while) triple teamed. He's not good enough to consistently beat the double-team, which is why it seemed like he disappeared. I'm not sure any of the DEs in this draft are good enough to be a strong force while double teamed like he was. However, if you want to see what he can do against a decent tackle, check out the Oklahoma game tape. He flat out destroyed Loadholt in that game, who will likely become a decent tackle in the NFL. Orakpo is not perfect, but he'd be a welcomed addition to the Bills D-line. He could definitely beat some tackles one-on-one with his quickness and moves, and he would cause matchup problems (having to block Schobel, Stroud, and Orakpo would present some problems).
  5. What about attacking a dude for his book would change this about your own post?
  6. There was outrage over the interception of international communication? I guess I forgot to get mad about that one.
  7. Pooj, just heard the news. Keep your head up bud! You'll land on your feet just fine.
  8. And companies that are already focused on customer service get more market share. woot.
  9. Its too bad man, we could have been coworkers, lolz.
  10. How big is the carbon footprint of me shoving a foot up their ass?
  11. Sounds like its time to switch servers over to Rackspace
  12. That was absolutely the worst I've seen our lines perform on both sides of the ball all year. They faced much better lines in Oklahoma than Ohio State, and creamed them. The blocking was terrible, I don't understand wtf was wrong.

  15. Playoffs and Bowl games are like that this year. I ordered a couple tickets to the Fiesta bowl through UT, sadly I can't go, but I had to take a significant loss on the tickets just to sell them. There are literally people giving away tickets to the Fiesta Bowl this year. Not sure why people aren't buying the tickets this year - lets take the easy way out and blame it on the economy - but they aren't.
  16. I hardly watch it, but soemtimes I leave it on in the background while doing other stuff. It's all "there was a murder at the intersection of xxx & yyy" and "today we videotaped a squirrel waterskiing". Nothing that actually really matters, such as local political news or local economic news. One of the local news stations in Orlando recently spent a good month trying to figure out if a pizza left in a truck for a week smells like a dead body. Seriously.
  17. TV News is terrible. Good riddance.
  18. I don't listen to that station normally, I have no idea how bad it is. Pendulum is a Drum n Bass group that doesn't belong on an Alternative Channel.
  19. Don't lie, neo-cons don't have feelings. Hence the apathy.
  20. Kinda like how the office never got an audience because of the lack of a laugh track, huh?
  21. Eh, homeslice was merely okay. Pretty expensive for what you got, which was of varying quality. Cheese not the greatest, but they spiced it up well at least.
  22. Prolly 30 rock.
  23. The only places that served pizza close to my apartment were pizza hut, papa johns, dominoes, and little caesars. Certainly nothing reasonable that you could order delivery or pickup. It was terrible man, terrible.
  24. Austin has horrible pizza. There's actually a pretty good pizza joint near our house down here in SA, called Pizza Italia. Best pizza I've had outside of Buffalo, picked up a large pepperoni earlier.
