I have officially had it! It's 12:15am and TD has yet to sign one player. I am calling the Bills tomorrow and cancelling my season tickets. I can no longer support this team especially as it sits idle as Free Agency begins. Hold on one second... I need to take my "JP Kool-Aid"... Ah much better! Bring on the Patriots! We're going to the Super Bowl baby! JP is the man! Might as well give us Super Bowl XL!

UB plays hockey in the Eastern Collegiate Hockey League which is part of the ACHA Division I. Technically it's under the guise of "Club Hockey" but on the ice it is anything but. I would liken the ACHA DI to a very good NCAA DIII league. ACHA is becoming more common in the college hockey world. A fair amount of mid-major schools are dropping their NCAA hockey teams for whatever the reasons and joining the ACHA. The website for the team is www.ubhockey.com. As for why it's not NCAA DI? Don't ask, it's all politics and Title IX has a lot to do with it. But with the talent of hockey players coming out of WNY High Schools, UB is idiotic for not making the jump.

That's actually not that hard of a trick to do. I could probably pull it off in no more than five tries in practice. But to get the time and patience to pull it off during a game, that's what I find most amazing about it. I always spent warmups and beginning of practices lifting the puck onto my stick and keeping it in the air. I saw Derek Plante do it at a Sabres practice when I was in high school and I started then. He lifted the puck as shown in the video and threw the puck in the air with his stick and caught it on the way down with his stick. He would skate around the rink never dropping the puck. The best I can do is 2-3 times before I'd drop the puck. I know this for sure, that kid probably took sooo much crap from his coaches for screwing around with the puck in practice! But that goal justified all those stops and starts he probably had to do for playing around.

They must be in complete shock that UB has a great team that is competing in a major college sport.

Wednesday's game at Ohio is huge. If they can go in there and pull out the W, I think this team can run the table in the MAC Tourney. And if they do win out, I think they have a great shot at moving up their Big Dance seeding as well to maybe 9 or 10. How great would it be to have both Niagara and Buffalo in the tourney? When's the last time we've had two local teams in? In Addition: Let's hope Kent State picks off Miami (OH) tomorrow as well. If that happened and the Bulls win out, I think they would win the MAC Regular Season Championship, or at least share it.

Is that the Ben Dover Design Studios of Key West that designed uniforms for a NFL team that's not too far away from their headquarters?

I just gotta ask, what kind of kool-aid is 80% of this board drinking? Sure I'm not at practice everyday or at mini-camp, but J.P. isn't that good at this point in his career. It will be a very rough season to be a Bills fan unless our running game is soooooooooooo good we won't have to rely on JP. If we do, don't count on playoffs, don't count on a winning season either.

I guess we don't need a kicker? Personally, I would think that is one of the most important positions we need to address.
