Good luck with everything! I just broke up with my live-in girlfriend of just over a year and a half. No offspring however, but I partially feel your pain. Sometimes (like Poojer said) in order to better yourself, you need to get rid of the significant other in order to take a step back and re-evaluate yourself from a much more critical standpoint and ultimately, you'll find out what is most important to you.

I've had a septoplasty along with partial nasal reconstruction surgery. Everything is done through the nostril, but I did have to wear a nose splint for about a week. There were moments of exteme uncomfortableness. My nose healed straight but I may have to have some more work done on it which I am not looking forward to. My insurance company wouldn't pick up the cost of the anesthesiologist either, which set me back financially even though it was an accident and wasn't considered cosmetic. Breathing is a lot better though, but I wouldn't ever consider having it done unless it was absolutely necessary.

I said it in a previous thread...he represents better value than taking a Jarret in the 1st round. He has comparable size, better character, he is a a senior and his numbers have improved each year. I like him, but something tells me he may not be there in the 2nd round when we pick. Another guy I like is Dallas Baker, WR Florida.

I am going to use a word here that many on TBD will love...value. I think getting Bowe in a later round as opposed to drafting a taunting cocky WR from USC in the 1st round represents better value, IMHO, because with our 1st round pick, we can use it on a player that may help us sure up our Run D. I was a big fan of Jarret before he pointed his finger at a UM defender in the ROse Bowl. On the sidelines after he caught TDs he was celebrating by having his teammates "pat" him down.

My whole point of posting this is not an argument about illegals and being PC when dealing with them. My point was should ANY judge publish his political views when he has a position in Gov't that calls for him to impartial when ruling? Regardless of my stance on illegal immigration I don't think a judge should provide that kind of information to the public. Ever since I saw this kid play against Miss. St back in September, I was saying that he has the tools to be the best QB from this class if he came out this year. He completed 68% of his passes. Threw 26 TD passes and 8 INT (6 of which came in 2 games) and he seems to have "it" while not being too flashy. He just has a very calm demeanor about himself. Brady Quinn, OTOH, was awful, forcing the ball to Smardzjda with multiple defenders around him. Dwayne Bowe is a reciever I like a lot. He had 1 drop yesterday on a slant route that could have been intercepted after it bounced off of his hands, but otherwise, I was impresses with him.

Here is some more insight on the possible identity of the USC cheerleader who prefers to go "Al Fresco", "Commando", "Al Natural", etc. Here is a screenshot taken just moments after the infamous "butt shot". Based on this picture, it narrows the identity down to these two cheerleaders: "Meagan" -or- "Alli" Which one do you guys think it is? I personally think it is Alli.

I work here in Manhattan for RNN-TV which is a political news station. "We", at that time, was myself (a cameraman) and our senior Manhattan reporter. We asked Spitzer about the reports of the DUI arrest directly and he denied them flat out. Ryan Toohey, Spitzer's campaign manager, was at the party for the Dems here in Manhattan at the Sheraton the night of the election and at that time, everyone knew about it. We asked Toohey (off the record) why he didn't say anything about the arrest for 2 weeks and he said that he told Spitzer when it happened but they agreed not to tell anyone about it because it could of had negative implications on the election. Spitzer also pulled some strings to make sure that his opponent, Faso, would never find out until it was too late. I learned all this when it happened from a girl that I used to work with that now works for Spitzer. The things that I hear from her about NYS's Governor and the people that work for him make me blush.

As far as this news being supressed, I knew about it before the elections. When we approached him to talk to talk about it he flat out denied it. It is funny what kind of information is withdrawn or exposed to the media. If you look back at the AG race between Cuomo and Janine Pirro, how is it that sensitive information WRT Mrs. Pirro's personal life makes front page headlines just weeks before the elections? $$$ talks and BS walks.

I am rooting for the Saints. I think a N.O./S.D. Super Bowl would have some pretty significant storylines that would make it more than just the Super Bowl.
