Belichik is an ego maniac. He's probably wearing a huge grin right now. Garoppolo trade makes him look like a fool. Belichik isn't dumb enough to believe in the witch doctor stuff Brady and his trainer are peddling. He isn't sticking around for the inevitable decline of a 40 year old QB with nobody but Brian Hoyer backing him up.

I'm all for Bills going after their guy at QB this year. Put everything on the table. Our two 1sts, two 2nds, next years 1st, and Cordy should all be on table. This year was a nice feel-good story, but it's all for nought if we don't find our QB. Since Cleveland is in the business of collecting assets and not actually winning, maybe they trade out of #1. Certainly seems to have worked out for Rams and Philly going up and getting their guy.

Plausible scenario where Cleveland takes Rosen, Giants take Barkley, and Indy trades out of #3. Would Bills give up our 2 #1's and a #1 next year for Darnold?

The goal is to win right? Denver had a better roster than the Bills this year. Give us Siemian, Osweiler, or Lynch, and we'd have been lucky to be a 4 win team. Tyrod's not a world beater, but if you don't get Cousins, what free agent out there is better especially with a roster like Denver built to win now?

Tyrod makes a ton of sense to a team like Denver that still has the pieces to win now. They can draft a guy like Allen and develop him behind Tyrod. Unless Bills can land Cousins or Alex Smith, can't see Bills parting ways with Tyrod though. I think McDermott learned his lesson with Peterman that you can do a lot worse than Tyrod.

That 3rd and 2 playcall on OU's last drive before overtime was horrendous. I don't think Mayfield helped his draft stock tonight. Pro scouts are gonna have a lot of issues with him. Needed a Deshaun Watson performance to get the head coaches and GM's banging the table for him. Play calling did him no favors but he still kind of came up small at end of game.

Georgia just bigger, faster, stronger than Oklahoma. Hard to judge Mayfield. They are over-matched.

Mayfield can play but no way he's 6 feet tall. Reminds me of Russell Wilson, but would be surprised if teams at the top of draft have the guts to pull the trigger on 5'11" tops QB.

Since we're new at this playoff thing, what are the rules in signing free agents at this point? Can you still poach guys off other teams' practice squads?

Good observation on Hughes not being able to wrap up. It's almost like he's playing with a cast on his hand or he lacks thumbs. Can't grab onto anything. Not like Fales is ever gonna be mistaken for Roethlisbeger in terms of size.

Rosen is the best NFL prospect , but I don't think any of these guys stand much of a chance in Cleveland. If I'm Cleveland, I give Cousins whatever he wants and trade the top pick to the Giants.

It's only one game, but Jackson doesn't look like he can beat you from the pocket, a necessity to be a successful NFL QB.

This seems like a case where if Luck is actually on trade block he's definitely damaged goods or lost his love for the game.

If Trubisky can go in the top 3, Allen certainly can too. Not sure I'd trade up for him, but I'd take a chance on him with one of our firsts. I'd trade both firsts for Rosen or Darnold.

JD Williams. Was awful. Couldn't cover anybody. I'd say Leodis was a semi-bust since he was a top 10 pick.

Bills need more mofos. Despite his Ugg-wearing image, Brady is a mofo who will step on your neck when you're down. Too many paycheck players over the past 17 years on Bills. We need a QB first and foremost but we also need a couple of more crazy dudes who can play. Playing for this sorry franchise can turn any guy into a paycheck player, but we gotta find a Jamal Adams type guy this draft in addition to a QB.

Looking at standings, 5-11 could still net us the 4th overall pick. This team sucks. Playing Tyrod down the stretch probably nets us 1 or 2 completely useless wins. Let Tyrod play against Chiefs and Pats since we're losing those games anyway, but hand the keys back to Peterman against Indy and Miami.

Good tackle Washington. Pathetic. If nothing else, this game tells McDermott who mails it in.

We'd be crazy not to trade for Newton if Carolina is willing. As solid as Tyrod has been, Newton is a franchise QB when motivated. That's what every team is trying to get and what all these trades and maneuvering for draft picks is about.
