  1. You’re doing your heavy lifting for the wrong poster. @Tiberius is the legal zoom guy. Good stuff tho.
  2. I understand how you feel, mostly because you keep repeating yourself. Should be a slam dunk per find law dot com. That’s ok.
  3. Why don’t you join that board and ask him yourself?
  4. You inquire about trust in government but don’t want to talk about trust in government. Weird. Anyway…I’ll forgo linking body language analysis in the meeting below. International politics in a very complicated game, but one thing seems certain—this interaction reflects mutual respect, deference and friendship: Obviously, Dems sent a message to Barrack about partnering with a notorious foreign adversary. It’s quite likely ten, maybe twenty Dems nationally stayed home on Election Day to protest this partnership: https://www.statista.com/statistics/245803/preliminary-results-of-the-popular-vote-of-the-2012-presidential-election/ President Obama has won the election with about 65.9 million votes from the population. His opponent Mitt Romney could gather about 60.9 million votes. Then, a short time later, of course, Putin annexed Crimea. Perhaps this was the flexibility promised by BO and approved by 65,900,000 supporters: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/russia-annexes-crimea-away-from-ukraine-with-signature-from-vladimir-putin/ Was all this a disqualifier for you? 🤷🏼‍♂️
  5. Why are you doing this to yourself, Kemp? You get yourself all twisted in an emotional pretzel, dream up some unanswerable questions and when I respond, you stew about like the angry clown in IT. Choosing this hill to plant your flag is moronic. Literally every political campaign, ever, includes word tracks and cautionary tales about trusting government. Every one. Let's see, off the top of my head, just your people: Democrat party nominee, 40,000,000 Trumpians are deplorable and beyond redemption; Democrat party 2016-2020, the Trump presidency was illegitimate, the election stolen, illegitimate, Trump acted treasonously; (Biden comp) Democrat party, 2016-2023...the Impeachment years; (Biden comp) Democrat party, basically forever...the SC is corrupt and can't be trusted; (Biden comp) Democrat party, 2020---don't trust the vaccine developed under the government watch of the wrong guy; (Biden comp) Democrat party, don't trust SC nominee Brett Kavanaugh, he's serial sex abuser; (Biden comp) Democrat party, don't trust SC nominee Clarence Thomas, he's a serial sex predator; (Biden comp) Joe Biden, R politicians gonna put y'all in chains; (Biden comp) I'll ask you my question now: Did democrat leadership foster an air of trust and respect when Trump shocked the world and lawfully defeated Hillary Clinton in the election of 2016? You won't answer. I'll do it for you: No, Leh-nerd, they did not. You're right, the dems enflamed their base with fabricated tales of stolen elections, treason and KGB agents sleeping in yarangy on the White House lawn. I still hate Trump, but you're right on dems sowing seeds of mistrust of government among the populace, and I'm lucky to call you friend.
  6. People are being held accountable, Tibsy, just check the news. You keep mentioning this 'stirred up' thing, are you advocating creating an addendum to the criminal code for Stirred Up Sh8t? Stirred up in the third degree? Misdemeanor Stirrage? Whatever is on your mind, stop speaking in riddles. I've respectfully responded to your question and accept you don't like my answer. You want to rush head long into lynch-mob mode, that's just not my game.
  7. I think it was "ok" to hold a rally because that's one of the fundamental freedoms our country offers. You likely would take away that freedom to silence the opposition--just as I suggested to Frankish yesterday when he raised hypotheticals about Biden declaring martial law. I think it was a bad idea to have the rally on 1/6. Biden was being embalmed* into office, nothing was going to change that, and there was only downside. We saw the downside, it was bad for the country, and here we are. I know the fairy tale, Tibsy. We've rehashed it multiple times over the past couple days, and it's still bunk. It's not unlike Trump and MSB, post Kashoggi, and how things were going to change and Glass Joe was gonna open a can of WHOOP A$$ when he took over. Next thing you know, the fisting commences, money flows to our temporary 4 year enemy--or tenemy as I have decided to call it---just like it did when Barrack and Joe were running the show. It's also very poor internet protocol to declare someone willfully ignorant and misspell willfully. Be better, be best. *edit--try as I might, when I typed 'inaugurated' and the B name together, my system auto-corrects to embalmed. Weird.
  8. On the bright side I'm listening to "Stir it up" by Bob Marley at lunch.
  9. In my opinion, he held an ill-advised rally. Nothing more, nothing less.
  10. No, I'm channeling reality. Things don't happen in a vacuum, and if you don't want to talk about things the make you uncomfortable, tarry forth little soldier. If Trump is found guilty as previously detailed, sure, he tried to destroy faith and confidence in our system post 2021, though the Putin thing is an old wives tale best suited for book clubs and conspiracy talk at the local coffee shop. That doesn't change anything about the dems actions, but see paragraph 1. Hunter Biden has never been accused of impersonating anything but a brother's-widow-bangin-deadbeat-dad-bribe-takin-influence-peddlin-joe-partnerin meth head who's been described as the smartest man alive (and that must be considered given how all you folks love the man) but if you've got some news on that front, share! As for faith in government, that's a problem generally, and you had no issues with just 1,292 days ago. Let's take a look at how the US govt fares generally: Spoiler alert...YIKES for Joe. https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/2022/06/06/public-trust-in-government-1958-2022/ Clean up your own house, friend.
  11. History shows otherwise, but I commend your dedication to the party line.
  12. The truth is there is more than adequate evidence that trusting those in political positions of power without a healthy degree of cynicism is a mistake I prefer not to make. If Trump violently interfered with the transfer of power to the extent that death penalty/life in prison is on the table, I’m sure the evidence will be clear and convincing to fair-minded, non-biased people. I’m happy to revisit it at that time. In the event that happens, we’re still left with a multi-year campaign by the democrats to destroy faith and confidence in our system, problems with interference in our elections by intelligence agencies, and massive concerns about the trustworthiness of the DOJ/FBI.
  13. Yes, you declared that my lord and savior did nothing but project. Was that meant to a be a compliment? It read kinda hostile to be honest. Look, big picture, you don't have to explain yourself to me about the people that you judge, or comments you make about people who hold different opinions than you do. I understand people lose control of their emotions from time to time, and it's important to forgive. I forgive you for the insulting comments you sent my way, and for you making me feel like I should respond in kind. No, I'm not a self-proclaimed Evangelist--at a minimum words matter and I didn't "self-proclaim" it. In closing, yes, I consider you my friend in spite of our disagreements. Maybe not as close as the 183 friends I have on Facebook, and definitely not as good as friend as my friend @muppy, but we can never have too many friends.
  14. There's an answer it there, Kemp, stop screaming at clouds and read for understanding.
  15. I'm not speaking ideally, I'm speaking about reality. Biden and the lies about stolen elections were accepted by democrat voters as a normal part of the election process. There was no pushback, no concerns about being lied to, no concerns about damage to our democratic process. Long before Trump lost in 2020, and followed whatever brand of foolishness he followed, this bothered me. It still does. So, the new standard in American politics was set. Allege treason. Allege a coup occurred. Claim the president is illegitimate. Scream that the election was stolen and people can't trust our elections. Again, it worked very well. Hypothetically, no, it's not ok. However, the standard of what's acceptable to dem voters has been set, and it ain't pretty. I'm not at all convinced that dem voters would not support martial law in that scenario, like they accepted false claims of treason for 7 years running. I'm nearly 100% convinced that certain dems, some of who post here, would support martial law if directed at irredeemable folks who's greatest crime was disagreeing with them. Finally, I watched Kamala Harris attempt the political evisceration of a SC justice based on a ridiculous and unsubstantiated rumor of sexual assault and rape trains. I watched her state that she believed Joe Biden sexually assaulted women, then partner with him when the price was right. I believe she would participate in electoral schemes without question. If it improved the democrat position, it would be supported by democrats regardless of fairness, equity and legality. This is the norm.
  16. This is delightful. The entire democrat establishment, including the popular vote president, suggested the elections was stolen for the duration of Trump's presidency. Hillary conceded, heart broken, dreams dashed and immediately joined a 4 year campaign alleging the election was stolen. Was Trump elected fairly in 2016? Did he steal the election? Do tell.
  17. I wish you happiness, friend, but this no way to get there. Religious bigotry is not cool. I'll pray for you regardless, but consider: No tolerance, no peace. Know tolerance, know peace.
  18. Even now though you parse like a good attorney will. The Steele document wasn't a political document, it was a propaganda piece designed to influence voters by spreading misinformation. Mueller's report on conspiracy was quite clear indeed, and criminal behavior uncovered or imagined is incidental to the question of the election being illegitimate or the president guilty of treason. AG Barr's recounting of political persecution by democrats et al was clear as well, and was spot on accurate. I agree with you in this respect..not the DOJs finest hour, nor the finest hour for democracy. I completely agree that there are degrees to consider in life, but you people seem to want to argue that while a mallet to the head of democracy is horrible, but using it about the arms, shoulders and rib cage is simply distasteful. The democrat body blows preceded anything Trump did by several years, and was completely acceptable to liberals. Last question. Pushing forward, in a political campaign, do we live with each party declaring the other person the treasonous bast*rd, the Russian or Chinese puppet, and that elections are stolen?
  19. You cited a source but changed what the writer writ. That's bad form.
  20. "You needed to lift a quote from someone and make it your own?". Source: https: //me.com/quotes/you're-not-really-a-hawk-you-idjit
  21. Thanks for clarifying. No, I would not necessarily declare that "not on the same magnitude = acceptable". I made that assumption based on my recollection that along the way, I've never once seen you express concern over that sort of behavior being unacceptable. What issues specifically would you characterize as not "acceptable" from the dem platform 2016-2019? Spreading misinformation about the legitimacy of the Trump election? Declaring the election stolen? Working with foreign nationals? Illegal surveillance? Were the actions of the democrats 2016-2019 in the best interest of the nation, or did they divide the nation further? Did you believe evidence would be uncovered showing Trump conspired with Putin as alleged many, many times prior to the answer being revealed?
  22. "...to the extent any of that actually happened..." is an acknowledgement and step in the right direction.
  23. Everything about stolen elections, illegitimate presidencies, illegal surveillance, partnering with hostile foreign nationals to spread misinformation, and beyond is all acceptable? What a &^%$d up standard.
