UConn, This issue continually creeps up. Maybe we should make a poll out of it. I for one am against the idea of merging threads. I like having each episode in an individual thread. That way, when I want to refer back to another episode, I don't have to search through tons of pages. I can do a simple search on the episode and then read through 4-6 pages. If we continue to generate 4-6 pages for each episode, a single thread would reach 90-130 pages. And when you do a search on this website, it only returns the thread and not the page # which makes finding a previous post near impossible.

Does anyone know the artist and the name of the song from that Nissan Commercial they showed a bunch of times on Sunday? It's the one where the folkie is singing about driving in his car. Part of it goes something like: "Flick-flack open up the front door, Click-clack open up the back door, Flick-flack clackety clack driving in my car"

I also remember Wade making some horrendous game situation decisions. That is what prompted the headset debate. He'd continually lose track of the down - "oh it's 4th down, i guess we don't want to run after all" - and made downright awful decisions on which plays to challenge. That was the impetus for the headset debate.

I was just figuring that questions about a particular episode would stay in that episode's thread. Even when the episode is repeated that season, that thread would even resurface. Then all questions regarding that episode would be in one place. However, if it is something in a new episode that refers back to an old episode, that topic should be placed in the new episode thread.

There are a few other scenes I wanted to ask about in Ep 1. 1. After Kate stumbles and drops the flashlight as she is lowered in the well, she starts counting slowly - one... two... three... four... Wasn't there something in Season 1 about this? 2. Why was Walt's apparition so wet if he was simply pulled from the raft to the boat? 3. Jack has some sort of tattoo on his left arm. It apperars to be a band of stars around his arm. Was this ever discussed before?

I noticed the same thing UConn. Jack did react awfully cooly/cold to Adam Rutherford's dying/death. But I don't think Jack blaming Adam was part of it. Someone (EMT?) explained that a tire failed on Sarah's car which made her car jump in front of Adam's SUV. Anyhow, I don't know what the reason was but that did seem quite out of charachter for Jack.

I can only comment on #1 - I think the timeline is off on that. If Danielle was on the Island for 16 years, she should pre-date Desmond. Regarding #3, if someone could give us a recap of the Hurley episode and the relationship between the patient in the mental institution and the fella in Australia, I'd appreciate it.

I was afraid to read this until after the premeire. I guess that was an unfounded fear. The above sounds like total horsesh-- to me.

I sure did catch the duct scene! I also did think the emblem was a swan. I did miss the emblem being on the shark's tail. Also, while watching the Ep1 repeat, you could hear Kate calling to Jack faintly as he was wandering around the control room which was confirmed in last night's episode. And I do concur that you all are doing some top notch work.
