    No, he's not...agree or not I don't think he wanted Marrone or Ryan....that's my big thing...get a coach he knows and agrees with and build the team they both want

    Yes, Whaley is terrible at press conferences...we all get that...if he is finally able to pick his own coach and build the team the way he wants....let's judge that instead of his lack of public speaking skills.....which are not a requirement of a GM

    I don't think the 2 are related....he could be a good talent evaluator, a good leader/boss but just isn't comfortable with public speaking

    I'll pass on Cousins...played horribly in a game at home needed to get in to playoffs

    Not really newsworthy...Cowher and Gruden have been mentioned every off-season for close to 10 years now...these guys are not going back to 16 hour workdays and dealing with being a HC...they have great jobs and don't have to work very hard
