    I neglected to include the coach, sorry. Ryan reported directly to Pegula not to Whaley. After game 2 Pegula had a meeting with Ryan who then fired Roman. No sign of the GM...I disagree with that structure

    Nope, Whaley reports to Pegula...Brandon stays away from the football side..Owner - GM...it's how most teams do it

    ok, just curious since you didn't list one....so you want to hire a HC and coordinators before a GM?

    Which big name coaches are available....only one I can think of is Coughlin....the rest have not done anything as head coaches

    He didn't lead the redskins to the playoffs....I'm still not sure on him...I've seen him play great then the complete opposite....like a home game at end of season to get in to the playoffs....

    I agree....Always starts at the top...The Pegula's need to have a little structure to the front office

    No, he's not...agree or not I don't think he wanted Marrone or Ryan....that's my big thing...get a coach he knows and agrees with and build the team they both want

    He had to pick players that Ryan wanted for the defense that Ryan coached....instead of building off the 2014 defense and picking players on offense to improve the team

    Yes, Whaley is terrible at press conferences...we all get that...if he is finally able to pick his own coach and build the team the way he wants....let's judge that instead of his lack of public speaking skills.....which are not a requirement of a GM
