  1. He had, a handful of times. And was tossed out on his ass each time.
  2. So in other words, when caught in a falsehood, let's double down on a tangent. Then let's play a game. If you think that for-profit insurance companies are the problem, what the combined profit of the biggest health insurers in the US?
  3. Fine then. Where in common law does it say that corporations have to make as much money as possible?
  4. Things that are different are not the same.
  5. Why don't you ask a lawyer that you may know in how the Newmark decision codifies the common law that corporations are required by law to make as much money as possible.
  6. moronic link. No need to read further than this - No statute, but there is case law
  7. I guess the joke went over your head Take a closer look at the picture.
  8. Why do you always weave a Homeland character into every post?
  9. How is this not a healthcare issue? It goes straight to the heart of differences between US healthcare and socialized healthcare and why US healthcare costs so damned much.
  10. Welcome to socialist medicine. What angers me the most about the idiots who are the biggest proponents of socialized medicine (like our buddy baskin) is that they all forget the HMO experiments 30 years ago, which were universally reviled and thankfully killed. People don't appreciate that the biggest reason US healthcare costs so much is because US healthcare employs so many specialists and has many more state of the art facilities, which happen to cost a hell of a lot of money. So if our resident idiot shouters are so keen on 100% coverage, they should be honest with their proposal and ask the 85% of Americans who currently have comprehensive coverage if they're willing to give that up to go to a full HMO model, with much less specialists and medical access, in exchange for providing coverage for the 15% (many of whom don't want medical insurance) It's not a question of who pays for what, but a question of losing your doctor.
  11. As long as he stays away from Twitter long enough to use his pen
  12. How long until we start buying things that we crave.
  13. Doesn't that naturally occur from Florida's tap water?
  14. Maybe he gave him the job offer? Something along the lines of, "I need someone to scour the web for the best 'Would ya?' stories"
  15. I think you're going to wear out your fingers if you keep pointing out every instance where Trump doesn't know what he's talkking about.
  16. ... making crayonz right, again
  17. What the hell is A++? NYS is relatively strong because the state can squeeze NYC for cash. The surrounding states of CT & NJ are the next worst rated after IL, then CA. What do they all have in common?
  18. It would be sweet justice that they can't sign Orr because their cap got crushed by Maclin
  19. Well you're still Chef in CA. Congrats
  20. Search function at the top of the page. Why? Because newbs are jumping to the conclusion that everyone who doesn't slam Trump for every single thing is an automatic Trump supporter. Truth is that most conservatives here thought and still think that Trump is an imbecile, but that doesn't mean that some good things can't get passed through under his watch. As long as he can get distracted for five seconds to allow the adults to finalize things.
  21. I think it would help your cause if you do a little digging into this board's history to gauge people's opinion of Trump, the man.
  22. That was actually Obama, but DC finally realized it 8 yrs too late.
  23. This forum isn't suited for the snowflakes. This isn't Facebook where you get unlimited likes for reposting brainless drivel. Think before you post and be ready to defend your posts.
  24. Typical vacuous response. Death panels were discussed if the government took over the insurance market. Which hasn't happened, yet. But I understand how someone of your intellect could get confused by facts. Bern, baby, bern.
