  1. Yeah, but still.
  2. I'm sure Mike Jasper has
  3. So, I went back to the GB replay and couldn't find anything definitive, except circumstantial evidence in Allen's ill advised scramble late in 2Q. That's the one that ended in a wild scrum with GB players wildly going for the strip. Immediately after that play, Allen's passes were in the dirt. His INT into the endzone was also badly underthrown, when earlier in the game he was sailing the ball. He also attempted only 2 long throws in the second half. If we're looking at the culprit in GB, it's most likely his decision not to go down when there were no more yards to gain.
  4. I think his point is that there was already an elbow issue which got totally blown up by that helmet hit, and that's the reason for the severity of the injury
  5. I think you're forgetting the 3 weekly practice sessions, where Allen probably throws at least 50 passes
  6. And he's also a regular contributor on Sirius/XM NFL channel. This is what he does when there's an injury to a significant player. LAMPing is part of his job as a medical analyst to the media.
  7. Wouldn't Allen be in between a pitcher & position player? I don't think Didi throws the ball 30 times in a game and more than 150 times during a week
  8. Isn't LAMP'ing part of his job? How different are his reports from Schefter's, Rap's, Mort's, etc?
  9. I think you're right. Nothing but easy passes to his WRs in the flats.
  10. You do realize that the "mixed reports" are from the same guy? The first was his initial take and the second was after seeing the sideline tape
  11. Another stroke of bad luck for Bills not to have its administration in order last year for the draft. Forget the Mahomes trade. By moving up to select Zay Jones, Bills gave up picks that could have been used on Smith-Schuster AND Beathard. Just think of that draft to start the McDermott era. Chances are that Beathard doesn't crap the bed vs Chargers, he rides until the end of the year into thre playoffs, possibly scores into double digits and Bills don't need to spend all the draft capital to move up for Allen. Amazing how one bad move can set the team back by years.
  12. In retrospect McDermott's cagey answers make sense because he knew that Allen is out for a few weeks and he's stuck with Peterman for a while. They should sign Landry Jones to the practice squad though
  13. Really going out on a limb there, huh? But fully agree with the rest of the post. Allen has been pressing and not learning or improving.
  14. Their demeanor is completely different when they have Bills or Sabres people on. If anything, the questions were softball versions of the pitchfork mob. They had to ask what's going on with the offense and the QBs, since anyone with an IQ over 30 knows are the team's biggest problems. McDermott was very short with his answers, because I'm guessing he has an IQ over 30.
  15. Even if they were valid questions about how the team is playing? Didn't sound like he hung up, but was definitely short with his responses.
  16. It's going to be very lonely for him on Peterman Island
  17. Watch the game but drink more?
  18. That's a possibility, but why did it take so long for them to come up with this story
  19. Rogue elements inside the embassy killed him by mistake? M'kay
  20. Remember how Nate Hackett was vilified when he ran the Bills offense? It was very similar in what he had to do to dumb the game down for EJ. Suddenly when Tuel & Lewis came in, the offense opened up.
  21. That was to replace Willies. Bet they wish they still had Gordon
