  1. For the same result that Star has been given? Absolutely. Note that on the highlights that you linked, Star actually had a full hold of Michel and could hold on. Or plays where he gets fully pushed back by a single blocker. He's a middling space eater who's nowhere near worth his contract at this point.
  2. Today or in the offseason. There are plenty of good space eaters available for less than $4 million/yr. Star makes way too much for a guy who doesn't have the capacity to get to the QB or actually make the play.
  3. Oh that beautiful no look backhand pass at the line ...
  4. Looks like we could be in for a big "never mind" moment in Syria. I'll give him credit though, he will reverse course when needed.
  5. I wouldn't go to that extreme. He's rarely going to show up in the stat sheet, for sure. But he's made a few good plays in run support. Definitely nowhere near his contract value, though. He's still there because there's literally no one behind him and costs too much to get rid of.
  6. You have it backwards. His worth to McD last year was to provide veteran presence for The Process. Few people compliment him for his play, but he's nearly unanimously praised for his locker room presence and his influence on the young kids. I can make an argument that the Process is now fully baked in, there's less of a need for Star's locker room presence, especially when his play on the field is slipping.
  7. "It's like, Mr. Zucherstein, I don't think it's right that you earn 2 cents every time I open up my Facebook Messenger, while there are starving children in Astoria."
  8. And she makes up for it with pointed intonation.
  9. That is correct - restructure with a huge cut in pay. Hopefully he doesn't freak out like Richie did.
  10. He still provides value to the team, just not at his contract. Still surprised that Bills called up Peko & not Vincent.
  11. Next year can be a reasonable cut day. They will save $2.3 million in space with an outright cut (he will still eat up $7.8 million cap number). If it's a post June designated cut, cap savings will be greater. There's a lot of incentive on both sides to restructure his deal though. He's not worth anywhere near the $7.5 million he's due to be paid next year, and Bills wouldn't mind keeping him for about $4 million. So look for a deal that does just that.
  12. It's been discussed a plenty. He's been up and down. Fortunately he picked the Dolphins game to have an off-Sunday.
  13. NE can get their 6th rounder back if they want it.
  14. Funny how the left insists that cops need to live within their communities to understand the people they're policing, but bureaucrats needs to be sequestered far away.
  15. Rangers swooning at a perfect time. Tickets are very reasonable for tonight
  16. You can split that out a bit more. There are still many instances where Allen doesn't throw the ball at all to a receiver who's NFL open, but not college open. It's all part of his learning and maturation. Hopefully he starts to hit those at a greater frequency because then he will be deadly. Teams still need to respect his running ability and that means one less defender in pass coverage. Daboll has schemed for that mismatch, and now it's up to Allen to take advantage.
  17. For being a smarmy thin skinned punk on Twitter, Graham's podcast is pretty good.
  18. What's your definition of miss? We're talking about missing the open WR by not throwing the ball to him.
  19. And then you wonder why inner city kids have trouble in college physics courses? Does anyone look at Step 2 of any proposed rule?
  20. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Cosell have a regular guest spot on OBL?
  21. In retrospect, the only remotely, slightly, possible silver lining to keeping Housley for the entire '18 season was the off-chance that the interim coach would be decent enough to prevent a full on coaching search that landed Ralph.
  22. You mean until Cosell does his usual guest spots on WGR?
  23. I would have guessed Stalin
  24. Look closer, McKitteick starts to look back at the 20.
