  1. But....but...that post was brilliant....it summed up our collective frustrations so eloquently. I jumped with you man....I feel like that guy in Forest Gump who ran with Forest, only to have him stop and saty that it...I am done. You'll be back on the Titan's wagon come Monday - keep the faith brother!
  2. Bag of balls and some itch ointment?
  3. What kind of post is this? Put Lynch in Tennessee - bet he would be in Hawaii come February....
  4. As I understand it - we only have 4 active corners on the roster...I wonder if they looked at DeAngelo Hall...
  5. Pats 31 Bills 13
  6. This is like a torpedo ripping into the hull of a ship listing hard to port already....Oh well, it was fun for 6 games at least...
  7. We'll be talking about him on Monday - for good or bad....get ready to see a lot of him Sunday...
  8. Well, I guess the Bills and Cowboys are running a distinct parallel, so you could say that right?
  9. When you turn it over 4 times and fail to cash in when in the Red Zone...We suck.
  10. Was going to...until they sh-t the bed and came back to reality...now I will tivo and watch whenever I get a spare 90 minutes...
  11. Matt Kassell - 300yds 2 TDS
  12. I am saying - get him now...
  13. - Good one - very true....Maybe he can block?
  14. Time to convert Chris kelsey into the weakside LB and let him run containment and blitz....if that don't work, Nickel it with multiple safeties...
  15. Lookie here man - I am sure you were high on Hardy when they took him right? Hind-sight nothing - Jackson was the most ready of the receivers coming out of collage to make an early impact...But as I said, there was no place on our roster for a player of his skill-set because we needed the larger target to compliment what we already had... For the larger reciever set - I asctually liked Jordy Nelson the best...and I think he is doing no more, maybe even less than Hardy these days, so that shows you what I know. That said, for where we took him and what we need - a TE would have been a better more ready option...
  16. That's why you are the coach - correct, unless there is someone on our chart that is ranked really high, we have to go with an end or pass rushing LB...
  17. Are you attibuting the Jacksonville win to James Hardy? That's a hoot - he catches the winning catch and he won the game? He runs sh-tty routes and does not know how to use his size at all. I don't know about you, but I believe that you can see that special something that makes you know "this guy get's it". Have you seen that??? He runs soft and cannot use his 6'5" body and long arms to gain separation. He might become a decent #2 option - in about 3 years. As to my preference on draft day - When that pick came up, I was hoping they took at shot at Martellus Bennett - I think he was more of what we needed and I thought would contribute immediately...Not really sure what he is doing down in Dallas these days. As for recievers, I thought the best one was Deshawn Jackson, be we had enough midgets, so taking a pass on him was OK. The guys you note we no better prepared to contribute than James Hardy, so no, I really did not want to waste a pick on another project...
  18. And there is no way a black man will be President of the United States...Times are a changing man...Kassel can clean our clocks Sunday...
  19. He'll look great on the bench next to Mckelvin....
  20. I do not think you can get creative with a lack of talent...this is like asking Wolfgang Puck to make a 5 star meal with Taco Bell ingrediants....Not iron chef one Bills Drive - Though, this might be a great reality show, take a bunch of coaches and 12 players of questionable talent - the coach that does the best job coaching a player up, wins the competition...
  21. 1. Donte Whitner - disagree 2. Dick Jauron - agree - especially with the knee jerk IR of Crowell...bonehead. 3. Trent Edwards - disagree 4. Marshawn Lynch - disagree 5. Jason Peters - agree - Name his agent too while you are at it... 6. Robert Royal - agree - cut him 7. Duke Preston - agree - cut him 8. Leodis McKelvin - disagree - I don;t think we should be counting on him... 9. James Hardy - disagree - we never should have tried to count on a rookie WR to begin with... While we are at it, can we blame: - Aaron Shoebel - Perry Fewell - Mouse McNally for retireing - Ralph for...well still owning
  22. You think Confisious (sp?) or Sun Tzu ever hacked up road-kill in an all you can eat Chinese Buffet like they did in Hamburg?
  23. Uhm, do you really think they will open the dome when the game is ultimately a corporate schmooze fest for Rodgers to entertain? You can get the city of Buffalo to sign, it ain't happening...Besides, Miami seems better suited to win in the cold than us with the running and controlled passing game...I think pennington is well adjusted to cold weather. How about we try to not turn it over and hang some points on them? Maybe a game plan? Hhhhhm , let's petition the Bills to put some pressure on the QB, maybe give Lynch 20-25 carries a game...that would be more effective than trying to play God with the weather....
  24. From what Sporting news felt - Hardy was never asked at indiana to run precise routes or make reads at the line, so the transition to the pro's might be a long and tough one, (that was IF he could stay out of trouble in the Pro's). from the games I have watched, I am most concerned with the sloppy body positioning and route running. The guy does not burst out of cuts and takes too long to get up to speed. He needs to work on his lower body strength...though, without a proper strength and conditiopning program, might be an uphill battle...(See how this stuff all ties together)...
