    As a fan, I'd prefer a 3 or 4 win season to the 6-8 product we normally see. Either put a competitive team on the field (one with a playoff chance), or commit to the rebuild. No "middling."

    I don't think he was a fit here, anyway-- especially with Watkins gone. Too late in his career to go through a rebuild (and he did look very slow).

    It is only preseason--- but he was my favorite QB in the draft, and had hoped the Bills would take him. We shall see.

    I saw the Rams first two preseason games, and have been impressed with Goff and his new weapons on offense. It is obviously very early, and we shall see if this extends into the regular season. Thing is, I had written Goff off as a bust based on last year, but that may have been a premature assessment.

    Yes, the Bills have been consistently awful in the preseason. But that normally results in a mediocre season (6-8 wins). Either contend, or bottom out--- nor more middling. By their actions (trades, acquisitions), I'm not sure what the McBean process is exactly-- rebuild while giving the appearance of trying to contend?
