Biggest mistake was flipping QB's before the Charger game. Should have waited until after New England. If the Bills were 5-7 then (which they are likely headed), then let Peterman finish out the year.
Actually worse than 2011. It is also the magnitude of this collapse-- they are giving up, on average, over 40 pts. in the last three games. This team isn't showing the ability or desire to compete.
Has any 5-2 team ever gone this far downhill so fast? Three straight blowouts with a defense that can't stop anything. How do you maintain confidence in the "process" when things are so dire, and it is hard to see how this can be turned around (certainly in the near term)?
