A little journalism 101..... if the article contains a photograph that doesn't have a caption crediting the photographer, the reporter is not trained. Even if Pat Moran himself was standing in the endzone with Trent Edwards taking that shot, he should still use a cutline and credit his site with the photo. But if it's not his photo, he needs to receive permission to use it. Do you think he has? And even if he does receive permission, he needs to credit the photographer. Didn't do that. If anybody outside of a select few on this message board knew about Buffalo Sports Daily, Pat Moran could get sued. Luckily for him, his "sporting new site" is so low-end and meaningless, nobody cares enough to fact check him. Anybody with a computer, an opinion and spare time can pretend to be a reporter anymore. But those of us who have been trained in journalism can spot garbage a mile away.

For the Madden Lovers Out There
Deep2Moulds46 replied to BillsGuyInMalta's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills haven't been fun to play with in Madden ( online) since Madden 2005 when they had the 2004 roster ( Spikes, Bledsoe, Moulds, Henry, McGahee, Evans, Fletcher, Clements, Schobel, Adams, Williams..etc) -
Hopefully this comes true and you, "Jamone" ( whoever that is) and "Bri Bri" can have some big group hug, celebrating the biggest moment of your lives.

I need to look into getting help? You role played a scenario earlier where our 3rd string QB and back up left tackle had a conversation where they used nicknames on each other, yet I need help.
-
I have no idea what you just said
-
Yes, clearly after your post ***I*** am the one who needs a zoloft. Wouldn't a dream win come against the division rival who we haven't beaten on their field in 10 years? Why would a dream win be a team who we have beaten 2 out of the last 3 times we played them?
-
With all due respect to you and your "scouting", why do people come on here and say they watched "film" of players? You've watched youtube highlights. Maybe you happened to catch one game on TV. Can we stop acting like you have been burning the midnight oil breaking down his throwing motion, accuracy, timing and awareness! Thanks

Anyone else like how even in our fantasies, we have to submit to the idea that our QB is going to take a beating by the opposing defense?
-
Yes! Don't you have the jersey number of last year's third string QB whom we picked up off of someone else's practice squad memorized? No? AND YOU CALL YOURSELF A REAL FAN! What's next? Are you going to tell me you don't know Reggie Corner's middle name?

It's pretty bad when we'd consider it a dream to win a road game in September.

Is Evans a #1 on the Bills and a #2 anywhere else?
Deep2Moulds46 replied to MClem06's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What makes Lee Evans elite is his ability to get downfield. Since we haven't had a good deep throwing QB here in what seems like forever, Evans isn't going to be utilized properly in the offense. His career has been wasted on this team's mediocrity. -

why is Jamon Meredith being ignored
Deep2Moulds46 replied to milehiLou's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Being ignored on a message board isn't the same thing as being ignored by the coaching staff. If he is as good of a prospect as you believe, he will get his opportunity. It's not like we have a pro bowl incumbent holding the down the position. If he flashes, he'll play. -
For Arguments Sake, IF Edwards Looks Great

Couldn't agree more. -
Pat Kirwan on Sirius Radio said Ed Wang has the athletic ability and the strength to come in and start at guard from day one. Now, he was talking about left guard, because when teams run G-Power, they pull their left guard, and he said Wang has that ability. Clearly with Levitre, we already have a left guard. But I think I would rather see Wood move to center, Levitre and Wang man the guard positions, and solidify our interior offensive line for the next 3-4 years. Hangartner is a perfect "6th man" to come in and fill in at any position due to injury. It's a shame, though, we have such horrendous tackles.

Gailey was on Sirius Radio the other day and said Maybin has put unbelievable effort into his offseason conditioning program....adding weight without losing explosion

Maybe this is Donte Whitner's way of saying " I like Kyle Williams, but he is NOT a 3-4 nose tackle. Please get him the hell out of there"

Lynch arrives in Buffalo- Per PFT
Deep2Moulds46 replied to Deep2Moulds46's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's fine. He is a salary employee. He is also a unionized employee. Per the collective bargaining agreement, he is afforded the luxury to not come to voluntary workouts. He is exercising his right to not show up. It's not that big of a deal. As a salary employee, if your boss says "You can come in on Saturday or Not, it's not mandatory, then you're going to tell me you're showing up on Saturday?" -

Deep2Moulds46 replied to Deep2Moulds46's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, but the NFL isn't your job, so your opinion on this means as much as you saying "If I were President of the U.S., I would......." Whatever your job in real life, however, is your job. So, if you can honestly tell me you would show up on a Saturday when you're not getting paid and your boss says it's voluntary, then you are a better person than I. Personally, yeah, I'd love to see the Bills get perfect attendance every year at these things. But when guys don't show up, it doesn't take me too long to figure out why, and I don't worry about what this says about their character or their dedication to the team. -

Deep2Moulds46 replied to Deep2Moulds46's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's fine, but you make it sound like I sit around all day thinking about Marshawn Lynch. It takes no time at all to read a news story about him, and when you read several about the same person, then hear from people close to the situation that these are not exactly isolated incidents, it doesn't take "making it a hobby" to have a negative opinion of the guy. So, while my comeback may not have been original, the point remains, it doesn't take long to form an opinion. It does, however, take a lot of time to post 7000 responses on a message board. So, "get a hobby bro" maybe should be removed from your list of favorite sayings. -

The guy with almost 7,000 posts on a message board is telling me to find a hobby? Interesting -

It's not about one or the other. For example, I don't feel the need to bash James Hardy to pump up Steve Johnson. I like them both. I don't feel the need to knock Drayton Florence to pump up Leodis McKelvin, or even Whitner vs George Wilson. I'm all for may the best man win. I just don't like Lynch. I think he is a knucklehead off the field, and a complete prick to the media. If he comes out this season and runs for 1600 yards, 12+ TD's and carries the Bills on his back to the playoffs, I'll be happy for his production, but he still won't be one of my favorite players.
