Panthers Cheerleaders arrested
1billsfan replied to John in VA Beach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That may be true, but word has it they don't penetrate very well. -
I think JP gives us a good chance to win now.

Are you high? What the heck are you talking about that I can't have it both ways? That was my only post in this thread fella. Who's the stupid one now. -
Then you have no excuses for not beating the KC Chiefs big boy.

Moving the chains means jcksh*t when you don't punch it in the endzone. The Bills had the ball forever in the first half of the Pats game and had 3 points to show for it. Sorry but JP needs to start because the Holcomb "spark" has painfully run it's course with this 2 game losing streak. Time to see if the kid can play better than Mr. Career Backup. -
Panthers Cheerleaders arrested

Any chance TD picks up Angela and Renee' on the waiver wire? They sound like a couple of high-motor cheerleaders to me. -
This team doesn't know what's about to hit it. They're going to get smashed by everybody on the schedule except maybe the Jets. The run defense is a joke and the offense can't get out of it's own way. The Bills can run the ball, but that won't do it against the likes of KC, SD and Denver when they are running up the score by the second quarter. This folley that TD and MM are trying to sell to the Bills fans is embarassing and insulting to fans that watch football. This thing's gonna get ugly.
-
Degrading the team's performance?????? Again, have you checked out the defensive and offensive line's performances this season???? You obviously have an overinflated view of this team as a whole. You need to accept the fact that this team is horrible in the trenches. Which, unfortunately for the Bills and it's fans, is the most important factor of any competetive football team.
-
No. Your whole argument is screwed from the start. If there's a 50-50 chance he'd be bad, then there's a 50-50 chance he'd be good. So with those odds, and the fact he WAS a first round pick, the logical thing to do would be to play him. The mere notion that the Bills could evaluate Losman while he sits on the bench is laughable. What's your reason for staying with Holcomb? That we still have a chance this season? You're delusional if you think that this team has any chance of going to the playoffs this year. You want stats? Take a look at the defense's rushing stats. Pass protection? Non-existent. This underlines the need for this team to assess the young QB, and many of the other first and second year players for that matter.
-
So in the mean time tread water with a 10 year career backup????????? You're not making any sense. Regardless of your opinion of how good or bad he'll be, JP was drafted in the first round. No one, including you, knows Losman's future as an NFL QB. We're not comparing JP to Eli, we're comparing the situations of both teams. The Giants were very smart in letting Eli go through the growing pains last season. The Bills would be very smart to do the same with JP. Will JP be as good as Eli? Who cares at this point. The Bills will look like complete a**holes if in 2006, JP Losman will be starting from scratch all over again after the team spent the 2005 season jerking around with a dead end and dead armed QB named Kelly Holcomb.
-
He was drafted in the first round. Time to see what we have.
-
The Bills had the ball for 39 minutes and only scored 16 points (that's pitiful). The Bills only scored 17 while Oakland had a bunch of scrubs in their secondary (this too was pitiful). Whatever bloom was on the Holcomb rose is long gone. Jim Kelly never would have never thrown that 4th and 7 ball where Holcomb threw it. Losman wouldn't have either. It was a chiken sh** pass delivered by a chiken sh** arm. Make no mistake, this is JP Losman's team.
-
Dude, last year the Giants benched a 2 time NFL MVP to get their quarterback of the future much needed playing time. Oh and by the way, the Giants had a winning record at the time. Eli Manning sucked eggs for the Giants the rest of that season. Now they are one of the best teams in the NFC. If the Bill's braintrust had a clue they wouldn't give a rat's you-know-what about upsetting Moulds and they'd bench KH. It makes no sense what so ever to keep Kelly Holcomb in at QB the rest of this season. The Bills made a major trade to get JP Losman which makes him the undisputed Bill's QB of the future. If Malarkey stays with Holcomb I may not even watch the KC game. With two loses in a row your boy's fate should be pretty much sealed. But knowing the knuckleheads running the show, I have my doubts.

Losing and Looking Bad While Doing So
1billsfan replied to Red Dragon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A uniform debate was the last topic I expected to see today at TSW. The Bills didn't look ridiculous last night, they looked and played good enough to have the Superbowl Champs on the ropes on national TV in their house. We're all upset today, but to be upset about the uniforms right now?? That one's like number 100 on my current complaint list. -
They played their heart out. The big silver lining here is that the playoff facade is now over. The Bills can now see what kind of quarterback JP can become the rest of the season. We know we have a top runningback (imagine what he'll do if we ever get a top flight offensive line). I really don't think we're that far away from becoming a good team. If JP comes around, we get TKO back, and we get the offesive line shored up, this team will be pretty darn good next season. Oh yeah, and it appears the Pats dynasty is finally crumbling. The Colts are gonna kill em.

I'm amazed that after how bad this team has played that so many fans will still predict a Bills win on the road in Foxboro. I will suspend belief for one last night that they could pull off the impossible. If we lose, I'll be looking forward to watching the young players get their turn to play. This game is the veteran player's last stand. Let's hope Holcomb isn't going as General Custer this Halloween.
-
If this team crashes and burns like the schedule and their performance suggests, TD will not survive. His head is the next on the chopping block. Even if he didn't want to do it, RW will know that he'll have to fire TD to keep the season ticket holders happy.
-
If our team had heart I'd buy into it, but they don't have any heart. They're way too fragile when the chips are down to pull something like a win in Foxboro out of the bag.

Fallout? McGahee was playing the Miami U. propaganda game with his comment. The Buffalo Bills have far more things to worry about then Willis McGahee's confidence and bravado. It's too bad the players blocking for him don't aspire to be the best in their profession.
-
No they haven't. I think the Red Sox coming back from a 0-3 deficit and winning the playoff series to the Yankees last year was more plausible then a Bills win in Foxboro this Sunday Night.
-
Hey, I'm Vinnie Testeverde's age. So I can't talk about who's old around here.
-
After the crushing Raider defeat, and with now only a sliver of hope for the playoffs, I've changed my outlook on the Bills. I am now looking forward to seeing the new generation of the Bills replacing the old generation. Namely these players: JP Losman Duke Preston Roscoe Parrish Jason Peters Kevin Evertt I could even see that they could all be playing substansially better ball than the players that they're replacing by season's end. The vets gave us their "no mas" performance in Oakland so no tears being shed for them here.

Sorry, but your request is like asking someone to jump onto a ship heading for Niagra Falls.
-
Clements got rembarassed by a crippled Randy Moss and some nobody second stringer yesterday. Today is not the day to tell us why the Bills need to give Nate 9 million dollars a year plus signing bonus.

How far is China?

This is the way I see Sunday night's game: Patriots = raging bonfire Bills = bag of marshmellows
