If we are to beat the: Jets: The Jets need to lose 2 of their last 3. If they win tomarrow, we can still win over them, but thier last game is against St. Louis, so it is doubtful they lose that one. Denver: I'm not sure how the tiebreak works with Denver, but going off record: Denver must lose 2 of last 3. The way they are playing, shouldn't be too tough. Baltimore: Baltimore must lose 2 of last 3. They play Miami in week 17, so if they don't lose the next two weeks, they can pretty much count on a wildcard. Jacksonville Jax only needs to lose one more game, and this week at GB looks to be their best bet. If they lose this week, we can finally count them out of the equation. Basically, there is not team that locks a wildcard with a win this week, but based on strength of schedules, we need them all to lose. EX. Bal v Miami week 17.

If you can get a kicker that can make those kicks, you get him. It's like havning a QB who can drive you down the field with under two minutes left, or a WR who can make that big catch over the middle to get a first down, or a RB who can find a hole that isn't there to get an extra yard. It's important!

He HAS cost us games!!! Remember our 0-4 start? We lost 3 of those games by a total of 8 points! 8 POINTS!!!! I'm pretty sure having a Kicker who could possibly make a FG from over 45 (without perfect wind and a prayer), and actually be accurate from 40-45, he could have gotten us over 8 points in 3 games. People totally underestimate what a good kicker can do for us.

IMO, and important part of this game will be getting all of our RB's involved early. Cinci has the 28th ranked run defense, but are middle of the pack on pass D. WM should be able to have a good game, but I think we are going to need him in the 4th quarter to close the game out. If they run him 25-28 times before the 4th quarter is half over, he is going to be pretty winded by the end of the game. Get Burns and Shaud out there to spell Willis throught the game. Keep him fresh.

Good, I'm glad my smugness came through okay. Hey, it's good to hear McDonalds gave the tickets to military families. Great gesture. I still don't get how this game didn't sell out. They are trying to get into the playoffs, and coming off 3 big wins.

The Ralph would be jumping if they were able to sell the game out to actual fans. Unless McDonalds is sending all their employees to the game, there should be quite a few open seats. Even so, for those that are going...try not to annoy the folks around you by standing up.

Until they come up with a cap I just can't watch baseball anymore. These guys make too much damn money and the same teams are in it every year. How can anyone get excited about this "sport"? I grew up a Yankees fan (my father is hardcore), but even I can't stand how they buy their teams. The lack of salary cap and complete control that the players union has over the league has ruined baseball for me.

I had it done 3 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I certainly don't consider myself a DAMN FOOL. My eyes, my decision, get over it.

I figured the same thing Astro, although I picked the Giants over Baltimore (don't know why) which ended them 8-8. Actually makes it so we can lost to Pitt and fight Denver for the last slot at 9-7. Either way, while I still say it's all so unlikely, the possiblitly is there.
