  1. First step is to figure out if you are a overpronator, neutral, or underpronator? Then select shoes based on this, rather than on Brand. I think they are all pretty good, just depends on preference. My one advice is stretch, stretch and then stretch some more after workouts. An ounce of prevention.........,
  2. Yes, Lifestyle firms. Not much $$$ money to be had if you are a working grunt. Not sure how the Partners do though. I've seen a few firms as well where you are contract and the number of billable hours is entirely up to you and of course directly correlated to your take home pay.
  3. You got my vote...just don't play so far off the line. Bump and run.
  4. Not too many happy lawyers I know I know in public practice. Over worked and under paid...unless you are a partner, then over worked and paid well, especially at the big firms. The leverage model sucks as well, better to be a partner at an accounting firm....if you don't mind being a bean counter. Oh well, she can always go in house.
  5. only when he is sober. The rest of the time he is very harsh and wobbly.
  6. You'd be happy with any of them? History shows that 5 of them will be busts.
  7. Very much so. If he is anywhere near close to being Ricky of Old, I would love to have him on the Bills. On the field, he was a beast.
  8. It's tough seeing players like this walk. I would have to say Nate was a bigger hitter, but it's pretty close to call. It was fun watching Winfield because he was so small. Another question - was Nate the most naturally athletic player ever in a bills uniform?
  9. I'd throw in a dry hump from our equipment manager.
  10. He's ready," veteran safety Troy Vincent said. "Very explosive, great tackler, a downhill guy. I'm interested in seeing this guy not just now, but in the future if he continues to keep progressing."
  11. It was always said that he played downhill.
  12. Labatt, wait until April. That is when the new Conservative "EnerGuide" program kicks in. Details are still sketchy, but I believe that if you pay $300 for an energy audit, you will be entitle to receive money back on your purchase. I was recently looking for a furnace. But instead, decided to completely tear down the house and build new. But as mentioned, install a humidifer and possibly an air cleaner. A decent place to get an estimate is Sears. They will send a guy out pretty quick. Not that I am recommending them, but they seem like one of the few companies that will actually come out and give you an estimate in Calgary. Things are that crazy.
  13. haha...well told. No more afternoon scotches for me from now on.
  14. Is that a sport or something you smoke in the Igloo? B word.
  15. Canadians won the MVP in 3 of the big American sports this year. NHL, MLB, NBA.
  16. in a heart beat. No way we would get a first for him.
  17. The Bills should sign him. Is he a FA or does Miami still hold his rights?
  18. and some canadian stores accept canadian tire money!
  19. and btw, some totally hotties on the show. I was hoping for more "exposure" during the car wash and pool scenes.
  20. First time I watched the show. Frank should be gone and here's why - he spent the first 45 making flyers to pass out. A 12 year old running a car wash for boy scouts would have had a better strategy. It was only after the black dude chimed in that they needed signs, did they go get signs. Ivanka/Martin or who ever else should have drove that point home and Frank would have been gone. Instead they focused on price point. But how do you market a car wash and not even have signs for passing by motorists. Frank's an idiot and a whiny cry baby. At least Martin kept his dignity.
  21. I've had a rhinoplasty done to fix all the years of playing hockey and rugby. It's not a picnic and I would only do it if you absolutely. The recovery is really uncomfortable, just image what your face would feel like after a few rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime and this is what you will look and feel like. You can't work for about 7-10 days. But after a month or so, it becomes alot better. The funny thing was, when I was in the patient room waiting for my day surgery, everyone had huge friggin honkers...so I figured it must have been rhinoplasty day for the doctor. And when I got out and was coming out of the anethstetics everyone of those people with huge honkers had bandages around their nose.
  22. I like our systems and most notably our defensive systems where we can insert younger players and not miss a beat. It's a far cry from past years when one player went down and it was panick time.
