  1. I share much of your sentiment, but what really bothers me is his game day skills and the fact Edwards alluded to the fact many times that he was not prepared for the defence he was about to face. I wanted to keep him until today, but I think I am leaning slightly towards getting rid of him, as long as a good option is available. Lets not get rid of him just for the sake of getting rid of him.
  2. I asked for some advice at the beginning of the season and got some great tips. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showt...70751&st=20 This was my draft picks.... A rookie's picks..... 1) Adrian Peterson 2) Jason Witten 3) Willie Parker 4) Phillip Rivers 5) Marvin Harrison - released 6) Kevin Smith (DET) - released 7) Lee Evans (YAY FOR ME!) 8) David Gerrard - released 9) Eli Manning 10) DeAngelo Williams 11) Ray Rice - released 12) Donte Stollworth - released 13) Jags Defence - released 14) Rian Lindell. - released. This is my starting roster for tomorrow's final (yes, the guy screwed up with having a week 17 final, but it actually helps me!) 1) Adrian Peterson - RB 2) DeAngelo Williams - RB 3) Phillip Rivers -QB 4) Vincent Jackson - WR off waivers early in the season. 5) Deion Branch - WR - picked up a few weeks back. My starter was Lee Evans but he's been brutal. 6) Jason Witten - TE 7) Matt Bryant - K 8) Indy - Defence - have actually been pretty good for me, but I have no waiver moves left and can't change for tomorrow's game. The steal of the draft ....DeAngelo Williams. I took some criticism for taking Witten so early, but he helped me win a playoff week with a big day, so that pick was justified in my mind.
  3. JP's only hope is to go to the CFL and improve his game....but he'll be out of football in a year, or sooner.
  4. Is the compensation the JEts have to give to the Packers impacted by whether or not the Jets make the playoffs. I recall a variable compensation structure, but don't recall the specific details other than a first rounder if Jets make it to the Superbowl and clauses based on number of snaps, etc.
  5. JP. If RJ had the 5-7 seconds to throw like JP has had over the past few games, JP would have big games. RJ was pretty accurate and I believe a better passer than JP.
  6. Just wondering so I don't have a big hassle at the entrance! Thanks. Anyone going who wants to do some tailgaiting....PM me....as I haven't managed to latch on to a tailgate yet.
  7. I live in Calgary and I got the tickets prior to the season. Now everything is booked, including airfare. So it will be really crappy to fly all that way and spend money to see JP Loserman.
  8. I am going to the game and pray I don't have to see JP Losman.
  9. didn't see that...but I was highlighting the first comment.

  11. I just found it curious that they were not good enough for the Bills but good enough for a stellar Raven's defense.
  12. Nice to see our scrubs making great plays for a top notch defense last night. doh!
  13. So how does a guy get in on some tailgating action?
  14. I will be there with my wife and two friends. Flying in from Calgary. Would love to meet up with some TBD. Any word on tailgate plans?
  15. Cool interview....show you Tivo....Saved by the Bell... and girl he wants on his speed dial ---Jennifer Garner.
  16. ...you guys don't have a clue. ...you were the same ones running Gilbride, Mularkey and Henning out of town.
  17. I have a boxer puppy, this will be my third one. I live by a big off-leash area and I see Pitbulls all the time. They play with all the other dogs. They are great dogs, I find alot of them to be very submissive. In fact, I have never seen an aggressive Pitbull. My cousin had one named Razor, the sweetest little guy you could ever meet. I have seen far more aggressive Border Collies, Huskies, Poodles and cross breeds at the dog park. My last boxer who passed away was bitten by a Collie on the butt as my dog was walking away. My boxer just ran off and tried to get away from that dog. I think Pitbulls are very trainable and there is one that is at the park every night that catches frisbee and is one of my favourite dogs at the park. I have never encountered a single problem with a Pitbull.
  18. Take away Youbouty's ridiculously long neck and they are about the same size.
  19. bump...will be there this Sunday and next Sunday. Need a place to watch the game! Thanks folks.
  20. He's his biggest cheerleader....tough for the guy to call it like it is on that one. I have to watch the game a second time, but on first viewing, it looked like Peters was awful in pass protection.
  21. Last night Collinsworth stated something to the effect of...Winfield one of the best player that no one in the NFL has heard of. I've got to agree after watching him all those years in Buffalo. Pound for pound, the toughest too.
  22. ...another solid game by him by my recollection! Why oh why, did we give up on Brandon Spoon. (Just kidding)
  23. ...gotta love the guy, when discussing the surprise teams, the picks were Arizona, Panthers and Denver....but Boomer gave a good argument for the Bills.....
