  1. I would have to go with Bulger. Big Ben is winning games, but wins don't = fantasy points. He is clearly non productive and I wouldn't start him ever. Not because he is necesarrily bad, he is good insurance for Marsha. Bulger is a great fantasy player with some of the best wrs in the nfc and a running back who specializes in screens and check down routes. Bulger will do what Brady did last week and more.
  2. Let me see, oh yeah I took Micheal Bennett in the second rd. That was a bad move.
  3. I say everytime Bledsoe does anything but handoff, boo him. After two games, I'm pretty sure TD and MM gets the picture. Too many girls wearing Bledsoe jerseys. Hey 40,000 booing fans is still louder than any game in the Desert, or Miami.
  4. I agree, if Mularkey wants to get this team on the right track then he has to make some moves soon. I say start Vincent at FS, who knows if he will be a contributer at FS but clearly that is his future if he even has one with this team. Bench Lawrence Smith, this guy is clearly a liability in the rinning game. Start including Lee Evans in the offense. Just get him the ball, Hines Ward led the freaking universe in screen passes-throw him a screen at least. Get Time Euhus the ball also. If he doesn't develope then a top rd pick needs to be spent at this position. I feel like I could go on and on, but I'm not an NFL coach so I'm not so sure if you are helping your team or "killing the teams emotion" as some say. I figure if some players can start contributing including Losman, it can only help.
  5. After we were down 20-0 did you actually feel like Bledsoe had a chance to bring this team back? That is my problem I guess. I have absolutely no faith in our offense if Drew has to throw the ball. Being down more than a score in the fourth quarter is the worst possible scenario for any Bills fan to watch. I can only name a handful of quarterbacks in the entire nfl that I'd rather not have to bring our team back from a late deficit. Drew is simply incapable of winning a game that is put on his shoulders. I don't care if we play Sam Adams at qb, Drew does not give us the best opportunity to win anymore.
  6. Thanks guys, I'm gonna go with Portis , Deuce, Moulds, Jackson
  7. 6-2 might sneak us in also, I see a very balance league this year, the Chargers, Jets, Jaguars, and Ravens could all go 8-8 to 9-7
  8. Do you think that it applies to fantasy? I'm a rookie but I think that I am a solid fantasy player. One problem I deal with is the fact that I am a Bills fan and have both Moulds and McGahee on my team. I know that the Bills are not a high powered offense like the Colts or Chefs.....What I am wondering is rather than starting two players from the same team, am I better off starting a different player if he is supposed to perform close to as well? My lineup is easy except for WR and RB, where I try to choose on matchups. This week is particularkey hard because all of my matchups are favorable. I try to stay away from my "Gulp" Gut feelings and make educated decisions. My gut tells me Bills, Bills, Bills, Start McGahee, Start Moulds. But if the Bills are shut sown it can be enough to not only ruin my Sunday but my whole week if I started them both. Lineup: McNabb @DAL --always starts over Plummer Portis vs CIN-- This is just too favorable a matchup to not start Portis McAllister vs KC-- Priest is out, KC's run D is mush. Deuce willl be loose! McGahee @ NE-- Start McGahee, Start McGahee...Henry ran for 98, Bills only shot Reggie Wayne vs HOU--As of know Wayne is the #4 wr in my league hard to sit! Darrell Jackson @STL-- Jackson is 7th in my league, Rams secondary is poo Eric Moulds @NE-- You guys know all about him, and NE's banged up secondary Eric Johnson vs CAR-- Easily a top 3 TE Vinateri-- #1 kicker as of today Cards D/ST -- Surprisingly tough and have been a consistent 15 points a week So who do you start? I can only start 2rb and 2wr. I wish I could start 3 of each. Nobody would have a chance of beating me. I have to fend off trades all week. But this is the hardest week to decide.
  9. I think if you sit Stokly and start Coles your team's lineup improves drastically. Stokley is too hit or miss, and a 3/4th option to Peyton Manning. Jerry Porter is bust. Muhsin Muhhamed has had his career best days against San Fran, start him for sure. He will score big points this weekend to a 49 defense that has already allowed 14 passing touchdowns.
  10. Try countering with Henry and Duckett. Both of these players hold value. Plus if he isn't a Bills fan, he might not know so much about Willis McGahee.

  12. Mularkey is making all the right moves. With a ball hawking safety (which is what I assume Vincent will be) Our defense will undoubtedly be the best in the world. Kelsay is really coming on. McGahee, Lee Evans, Ross Tucker, Soon to be JP Losman. I'm really starting to like MM. He is ballsy and is taking control with some big time decisions. Love the offense, We are taking on the same type of team as Baltimore, but we have twice the talent on offense and a better defense. If we sneak into the playoffs this team can be very dangerous in cold weather. Finally back to Bills football. Bills 27 Pats 21
  13. McNabb, Plummer Portis, McAllister, McGahee R Wayne, Moulds, Boldin E Johnson, B Williams Vinateri, Dawson Giants vs Chi, Cards at Miami This is the first week I have everybody done with their bye. Now I have some tough lineup decisions to make. Believe it or not my team is 3-5 and I am playing the person in 1st place in my division. I am going to start McNabb vs Pittsburgh for sure. I really want to start McGahee at RB but the guys that I have already are so good. I also want to start Boldin vs Miami only because the weather factor. Another tough decision I have is the defense. Both play the worst two offenses in the league. My guess is to start the Giants because they are at home. I'd appreciate any opinions, and or projected lineups if you owned this team. My Projection is listed above with 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1te, 1k, 1d/st.
  14. I am having the same tough choices. Originally wanted Coy Wire jersey, but his bad play won't keep him around to long. Yesterday I almost bought a McGahee jersey for 49 dollars. It seemed like a great deal, but I figured I'd wait till the weekend. Really want a Losman jersey, but I can't find one in Pittsburgh. I'd go with the future. Either McGahee or Losman.
  15. ESPN zone is in Disney land. I watched the Bills COwboys game last season there. Just curious, are you traveling to Cali for ACN? If not you won't even know what I'm talking about.
  16. I agree with Ice, but I have to say I don't want him back next year. I would rather have somebody almost as good but stays healthy. If TD breaks the bank for anybody I hope it is a couple of lineman. McNally is clearly frustrated with our overall talent on the line. You don't put Sam and Bannan in for fun.
  17. I bet he can learn more than those few plays. I'd like to see a little more of Bannan. I agree, he shouldn't start but he looks much better in run blocking than Smith. I say put him in there this week and pass on the goaline. That will definately throw the Jets off. Better yet just run.
  18. 24. D. Clark TE Indy................back up would start on the Bills 26. K. Harris OT 49ers..............starter and a good one 29. N Barnett LB Packers.........starter future pro bowler 33. E Steinbach OG Cinci.........starter would be our best lineman 35. C Tillman DB Bears............3rd string hurt, but is very very good 36. E Wilson CB Pats...............starter plays fs now 37. J Stinchcomb OT Saints......Inj will be back and is better than our #4 pick 39. R Mathis DB Jags..............starter will make pro bowl soon 42. K Hamlin FS Seattle...........starter another guy I wish we had I would take any one of these players as a starter right now but I wouldn't trade Willis for one of them
  19. Ben Bunsenburger is good! He is for real, no doubt.
  20. I hope that the Jets lose to Miami tonight and then we beat them. That will almost eliminate the chances of the Jets making the playoffs. They always fall apart. On the bright side the Bills are looking better and better every week. This team has not even come close to reaching it full potential. This time next season ESPN will be reporting on how good Mularkey has been since his 1-5 start last season. Every week I get more and More excited about the dimise of Drew. I am so sick and tired of watching 7-8 players blitz him and nothing but a sack. INSERT SPEED + ENERGY and watch the sudden respect defenses show.
  21. Thanks, I'm seriously going crazy watching the steelers win every week with nothing. I'm not trying to take anything away from them, but insert JP and just watch. The bills are better all around.
  22. Unfortunately, I have to hear a lot about the steelers. Quite frankly I am growing very tired of hearing about the steelers and now I have to hear how they might be the best team in football. I live with a die hard and just about all of my crew are steeler fans. This is what I know about Pittsburgh. ON OFFENSE-- Up front they have a great LG in Faneca, other than that they are injured or just plain bad. As a matter of fact, when TD Tommy was at the helm this had to have been one of the worst offensive lines ever to watch. It pained me more to watch the Steelers line play than the Bills, that is how bad they were with Maddux at the Helm. Injuries, Rookies starting, no OT at all. QB- Tommy maddux has been a backup in this league, and should continue to be a backup, when he got hurt it was the best thing that ever happened to Pittsburgh, Big Ben is good, but in his first game he was only allowed to look to one quarter of the field, he won. The second game Cowher allowed him to look at one half of the field, he won. In the next two games the same thing, really its true. Now, Cowher trusts Big Ben and will continue to let him observe the entire defense and make some bigger plays as he did against NE. How they won while only using portions of the field at a time, baffles me but they did play some pretty bad teams. Kudos to Bill Cowher RB- Face it, the Bus is old and fat and slow and inaffective, and Duce signed for about a million a year for a reason. Neither one of these guys would start on too many teams, Duce wasn't even offered another contract. WR- They have a great, great WR in Hines Ward. Plax is a deep threat only, he needs the ball high in the air to even stand a chance to catch it. But he is good at catching jump/deep balls. Randel El will never be anything more than a nice shifty slot reciever. Drops everything beyond 5 yds, very nice within five yards. But overall this is the srength of the team, having all the needed components to use in the passing game. ON DEFENSE--Up Front they are just plain not impressive at all, the only D-lineman worth mentioning is C Hampton, and he is out for the year. They are so inaffective that all they are asked to do is get blocked so somebody else can make a play, really its true. LB- The only strength of this defense is their LB core, they have been solid even without their best lb, Bell. Bell is battling diabetes and injury after injury. THey have some reserves that have stepped in well. Now the part that really baffles me is how bad the players are in their secondary. C Scott is hurt and as bad as he is, he was their #1 corner. THe former #2 wouldn't even make a lot of teams and Coakley is playing like a rookie. But coakley is far and away thier best man coverage DB. At safety they have a future star in Polamalu, and some no name at FS who is now injured and replaced by another no name. Just plain weak on talent I've got a million questions almost all about Big Ben or revolving around the subject. Is his mobility the difference between the steelers being a bad team and one of the best? I Know it is, please prove me wrong. I want you to, really. It has been killing me, just wondering how this team can be so much better than the Bills. I may be a silly brainwashed fan but I believe that our line is not terrible, it is not the fact that Drew can't seem to throw the ball in 3 seconds because no qb gets rid of the ball in three seconds these days unless you absolutly have to. I believe the only reason that we are bad and they are good is the fact that Big Ben has mobility. It has been proven that you don't even need the whole field if you avoid the blitz. Now, I'm not saying that JP is as good or even close to as good a Big Ben. What I'm getting at is gameplanning. Not ours, everybody who plays us. We can't beat a team that can bring it, the blitz. We will not beat a team that can bring it. It is about respect. The steelers can't block the blitz either, they simply run away from it. Bledsoe said something that really ticked me off last week. He stated to his recievers that if you are 40 yds down field and I haven't thrown it yet something is wrong get open. If Drew could get out of the pocket these recievers have all the talent in the world to get open. THat is what I want to see, I want to see moulds get open all on his own because JP rolled away from the pressure and bought him that extra second. THis is what I know about JP. HE is more mobile than Big Ben. He would give our recievers 5 seconds to get open. He will play with such energy that the Bills could be good once again. I'm not asking for 300 yds and no ints. I want energy, I want to see a defense sit back on 3rd and 9 instead of bringing the house, and I want to see JP out run the blitz when they do. I believe that TD has done a great job with this team and has addressed all of the problems that he has been able to. He knew Bledsoe was done last season. So did you guys. None of us wanted to throw JP in right away. TD did the right thing. All we can hope for is Drew to suffer and the Bills to win. Is our defense as good as Pittsburgh? Oh yeah trust me, it is way better. Is our line as good as Pittsburgh? Yep, I am positive that if you put Maddux back in, pittsburgh stinks all over again. Do we have better RBs? Comon, did I just write that? Eric Moulds is as good as Ward and Lee Evans will be everything that Burress is and more. So don't buy into the we don't have anything to look forward to crap. There is a fine line between the best and the worst. I believe we are 0ne JP Losman from being unstoppable.
  23. That has to be the best damn post I've read all year. I love football and I love to watch the Bills win. Arizona at home in bad weather. I was still just as pumped up as any other game ever. As a die hard fan, I don't give a crap who we beat under what conditions and or what our record is. Call me a freaking idiot but I feel really good about this win. Playoffs? who knows, I've seen some really crazy stuff happen. Look at who we have to contend with for the wild card. Jets- If we beat them on sunday, they will continue to fall apart. Ravens- good defense, Kyle Boller will not take them into the playoffs. Jaguars- are they for real? Chargers and Chiefs- comon none of these teams deserve to make the playoffs, I'd rather have our top 5 defense and an offense that is finally starting to score than an offense that has to score 30 points to stand a chance. So as a freaking retarded, blind to all reality, shouldn't even root for my lifelong obsession fan. I haven't ruled us out just yet.
  24. Yeah I can name about mmmm what was I writing about?
