  1. I agree with you to a point. LB is one position where guys have traditionally come in and been able to play very well as rookies. That said, Derek Fine is an H-Back, so I do see a need there, though Royal seems to be acquitting himself nicely in the passing game. We could use help on the inside of the line © as well as greater depth there. I do agree with what another posted pointed out- that our DEs, while a decent enough unit, are starting to get a little long in the tooth. Let's not forget that next year is a GREAT draft for LBs, so I see us going there in Rd 1 with Crowell gone. Round 1: LB Round 2: TE Round 3: OL Round 4: DE Round 5: DT Round 6: QB Round 7: S
  2. Gallery now plays guard. You know a lot of guards who make 10M a year and get drafted top 5?
  3. I bought an authentic Whitner throwback size 52 thinking it would fit like an XL, it does NOT. I HAVE to wear a sweater underneath in order for it to not fit all baggy. One thing i would note is that these jerseys do have a lycra type stretch material down the side, so if you were to err, I would go smaller.
  4. Exactly how are they supposed to beat us? The interior of their line is comprised by guys who should be working in various warehouses. Our defense is going to carve the Jaguars up. We will beat them by at LEAST 14 points. That is by far the dumbest prediction by USA Today I have ever seen.
  5. Cause my condo association banned DTV as it is not aesthetically pleasing
  6. Very good game by Chambers. I'm glad too because Peters had to sit on the sidelines and watch his O-line do great without him.
  7. I did enjoy the playcalling. Passes on 1st down!? I didn't know that was an option!?
  8. that site is down. I missed the whole second half and I'd like to strangle one of those midgets right about now
  9. Thank you. I think it's safe to assume we will draft a LB in the 1st. With the sick talent coming out this year. I' not too worried about the position next year.
  10. He's stuck there for the year now. Kinda like a divorce, you can't unscrew the pooch. Only thing you can do is reach an injury settlement after week 11 and hope he wants to remarry.
  11. If it really was a chronic injury, then he should have had it scoped in the early offseason. Even if he missed OTAs and training camp he would have come in as a starter. It's not like the situation on offense where a new scheme is being installed, it's the same scheme. Basically it seems like he is just getting ready and healed up for his next team.
  12. Did he talk about Ko at all? I would be interested in how he sees Simpson's progress. There seems to be a lot of support for Wilson here. I like him plenty, but would rather have him be a backup. Just like I feel about DiGiorgio.
  13. Look! Another moron troll coming on here to start stuff! Neat!
  14. I'm sick of this garbage, Peters is a moron for not reporting and even when he reports I will not be a fan, just as I am not a fan of Mickey, AKA Mrs. Peters. If and when Peters reports he will do so without the benefit of being in shape, having a working knowledge of our new offense, or time to establish a better bond with his linemates at a position where you rely on the guy next to you in order to do your job. Lee Evans could stand to make more cash, but he reported and did his job. Newsflash, when you sabotage your own success by not practicing, you also decrease your market value. Let's see Peters make a Pro Bowl this year without the benefit of the offseason. Let him sit his @ss down at home and rot for the next 3 years. I'm sure tons of teams will look forward to signing a me-first player who has dissed his team and sat out for a season.
  15. Thanks for the link, but I hate almost every one of those "experts". I DID like this bit, which I wasn't aware of P Brian Moorman. If the Bills were to hold an intra-squad decathlon, Moorman would be the favorite. He was an eight-time All-American in track and field at Pittsburg State and was inducted into the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division II Hall of Fame. He won three national titles in the 400-meter hurdles. Moorman's speed and passing ability keeps coverage units honest.
  16. Peters wasn't even listed in the OL players list when they analyzed who the Bills would keep
  17. Loved that article, thanks. I've been saying the same thing for a couple days now. Namely, after missing the installation of a new offense, how much help can Peters actually be? Sure, he's an excellent athlete, but he will NOT be able to hit the ground running.
  18. You bore me. Stop beating a dead horse. Trent Edwards will start and JP will ride the pine until Trent is too badly injured to play. Trent is not injured too badly to play, hence he will still start
  19. We just looked great on offense and defense against the Colts. What the heck else do you want?
