Hardy will come around. He has all the physical tools and doesn't appear to be a slacker if you believe what the players are saying.

He has more losses then wins as a head coach. It's the same here in buffalo. He is close to 500 wins as a Buffalo Bills coach by a game or two but he is still on the losing end. I am not a huge fan but i think he is a huge coach. It's obvious that the players like him and want to play for him. I have never heard any player on any of his teams speak poorly of him. That in itself is a big accomplishment and is probably 90 percent of the job as a HC.

Wait until the Broncoes face a good defense. They played the Raiders, San Diego and the Saints. The raiders belive it or not have the best defense out of the group. The raiders looked bad defensively week 1 but that was coaching not the talent they have. The last two weeks it has been an all out attack from the Raiders and it has showed.
