You can have all the talent in the world on a team but if you don't have a coaching staff to put it together then they will suck as a team. The Dolphins, Jets, and Patriots all have better records but do you think they are more talented then the Bills? I personally don't think they are so that leaves coaching to blame.

Who said I was resistent to change? I don't like Dick Jauron never have. Check my previous posts on the subject.
