    Agreed. Let's say we did kick that FG and got it, I don't know why everyone thinks we would've won. They would've gone for the TD in the end anyways. Our lines just gave up in the 2nd half which led to the loss.

    People here don't want to hear about #4 even tho that is spot on! It's been happening for the last 3 years.

    Only because the last three years when the Bills take a lead into the 4th quarter, they manage to give it up w/o a fight and we lose as a result. This is a habit that needs to be broken. It happens against good teams and the ones that suck as well.

    I saw this on Gamecenter and it was a pattern NE knew about. When A-train ran, it was behind Reyes and had a long TD run as a result. When Willis ran it was behind Chris and pretty much got nothing there. One guard got it done where the other one didn't. Why didn't Willis notice this? NE surely did and shut it down.

    I am just angry we couldn't hold another 4th quarter lead. 1 point or 100 points, the good teams get it done. We are clearly not a good team. On the road or at home, it's gotta get done. Seriously, when will it stop?

    JP was not the problem today. Our DT's should shoulder this loss along with the safeties and LB's who just can't seem to cover the short passing plays. The O-line can't open holes when it needed them and I'm surprised we didn't bother to go deep at all today.

    DT's who can hold a gap or hit it hard to tackle the RB for a loss.

    It's a shame that can't run fast right up the gut to stuff the run or to the outside when they boune it out and stop it before the RB gains 7 yards on 1st and 10.

    What about choking when we play other teams and we have leads in the 2nd half?

    It's been 10 years since this team has shown any heart, particularly on D.

    I don't know what it is either. You can't say it's because of coaching each and every time. The players do not have heart and it shows. We absolutely dominate in the 1st half then call it in the rest of the way. WTF?

    Man seeing that on highlights it's a miracle he was still conscious. I thought I saw a helmet flying there. Brady is the devil.

    I think it's funny to make JP the scapegoat. Blame the run D, Matt!!! Even the failed 4th down conversion doesn't matter. We had a whole 2nd half to make amends by scoring another 17 but the team chose not to. We made their rookie RB look All-Pro. LOL! Much like Tampa's RB last year. Damn, I smell a pattern here.

    Amen bro!!!! We choked plain and simple in the 2nd half. How do you know score again for 2 quarters? I mean not even a FG. The good teams hold leads in the 4th quarter but we couldn't. I am not content to say we are not a good team. The freakin rebuilding never ends and people on board are happy with that!

    CL, you're on ignore sweetie. Kidding, just kidding. I too get tired of snatching defeat from the jaws of defeat. We gave lots of yards and 12 points in the 2nd half and we couldn't score again. Bellychick is no genius but we made him appear that way. My new motto: Just execute baby.

    Dick's mentality is quite refreshing. I would've taken the points but I wasn't terribly upset we went for it. He was trying to show this young team to go for the throat when you see blood. What is wrong with that? However, that 2nd half was absolutely horrible. Was it the coaching itself? I don't think so, players still gotta play.

    I wanted the points but going for it at that end of the field is ok in my book. It's just that the D gave it away in the end.

    We NEED to win divisional games bro. I love this team and do see an upside but they need to play alot better, particularly on D.

    That's what some of said before the game even started in the days leading up to this game. We all knew they were lacking at receiver. So all we had to do is stop the run and the Pats would likely commit turnovers on the passing game. We just didn't execute. I don't buy the "we had injuries to starters" excuse. So did they but they wanted it and we didn't.

    I'd have to agree if they scored more on us but it's the little things that led to the loss. I can handle a loss but not the way we lost. Things will improve if these mistakes aren't repeated again this season. I just want to win and we had a W today.
