Careful babe. Alot of people are ok with the choke. We could've won this game easily if we executed on defense on obvious run/passing plays. You take whatever points you can get on the road and expect your D to stop them on 2nd and 1 running plays AND 3rd and very long passing plays. If that isn't obvious, I don't know what is. It turns out Jerry Gray WASN'T the problem last year after all. The "players" on this team just gave up when it got tough. I am a BILLS fan and I want competence even though we may lose. I can handle a tough loss, I'm no whiner. It's when you can't tackle, make the adjustments and play hard and smart is what pisses me off! And please, the injuries had nothing to do with this loss. Had we be blown it, then it might've but it was close and very winnable. You got to want it more than the other team and we certainly didn't. If things are not corrected now, we will get blown out next week.

Man you make too much sense. We were totally humiliating them in the 1st half. We have to wonder why the team has chosen to lie down. I'd like anybody on this board to tell me that after that first half, YOU EXPECTED US TO LOSE AND STILL BE CONTENT!

Amen to that brother! However, nothing can be done about that now. What we should concentrate on is stopping the run. Unless we don't have the personnel for it, which I think we don't. We need to trade for Big Ted. And when it's 3rd and very long for Marsha then play the pass and not give up 11 yard completions like what's been happening all day.

I seriously thought that 8-8 was a reasonable goal. If we could almost totally take out their running game I believe that Marsha would force that ball and we'd end up with several turnovers and a win. CTM: No I just thought we would win this one because their offense is seriously lacking talent. My expectations were never high. I just wanted a non losing season. Judging from what I've seen so far, we we'll have a hard time matching last year's record unless the D totally turns it around soon. I'm not looking for JP to carry this team. A decent running game and excellent D will do that. !@#$, it looks like we're in full collapse mode now.

You don't know that and neither do I. We'll have to wait till the whistles blow at the end of the 4th.

But you gotta remember that all mistakes and crappy defensive plays were supposed to be taken care of last week. Alot of the membership proclaimed this team ready to play. Clearly we are not. One would think we would see an improvement stopping the run. I'd sure like to know where that is. BTW, they won nothing last year and again our membership declared their dynasty over and done with, right?

Someone explain to me how you give up 7 yard gains on rushing downs? What's worse is that we won't adjust and we'll make this rookie All-Pro in just ONE game!

If you've been following the game like I have, you can clearly see they cannot stop the run or the pass (which I might add have sh------- receivers who have done nothing except beat our vaunted pass D). If you know they lack WR, then what you do is line up to stop the run and things will most definitely fall your way, including turnovers. It's funny how none of this has happened.

Same old b.s. and the lack of heart to stop the run.
