No it isn't. Willis worked very hard for all those yards he got too. Alot of times he made things happen on his own. That line isn't very smart on blitz pickups either.

Agreed but it won't make them better by replacing that QB for another. It won't open up running lanes any better or all of a sudden be able to pick up the blitz either. Very few have even admitted that our line sucked. We've been trying to rebuild it since the K-gun days. Why do people all of a sudden realize this line isn't something that can take us deep into the playoffs right now? And don't say it was because of the QB that the line sucked.

Wow, you say that w/o regard to who will be Willis' backup! Do you realize that he won't be on the field for 100% of the snaps? We need someone capable of spelling him who can do damage rushing the ball and I can't think of anyone right now who can pretty much guarantee he can do that AND not tax the salary cap. There is more involved that just Travis here. Please don't even think that Shaud can handle the punishment like Willis and Travis can between the tackles. If all we can get for Henry is a 4th, then I say keep him and let him earn his big contract by playing well as the backup and not B word about it. Ditto! I think AZ is looking at all free agent RB's, despite what they say. It would be foolish of them not to. Anything less than a 4th rounder for Travis would be stupid, IMO. Just keep him cuz we already know what he brings to the table and would be that backup we are in need of behind Willis.

Travis has real little say in the matter. If he wants to get paid, he'll have to swallow his pride and play for a new contract when he's finally a free agent. It's up to him and only him. As long as he's on the roster, he's still my favorite Bill.
