  1. The DA should be lynched for letting personal reasons get in the way of his professionalism. If he had concentrated more in interviewing all of his witnesses he wouldn't be the joke that he has exposed himself now. Or at least coached them to say the same damned thing!
  2. Oh man, do you know how many "Playboy", "Hustler", and "Penthouse" subscribers you've just pissed off? Your argument cuts both ways.
  3. Sweet! I always wondered what it would be like to watch the SB around the 4th of July.
  4. Well we all know that Big Ben was the stud in last year's QB class. It didn't hurt that he had an awesome running game and stifling defense to make things alot easier for him either. JP might have something considerably similar but we'll have to wait and see if he has the mental aptitude to take this team deep into January.
  5. Ummmm....he knowingly and willingly killed a child!!!!!!!!!!!!! His own child!!!!! What kind of animal does that unless it's starving to death???
  6. Let us pray............. Hell, we're losing alot of teams players too so that is huge concern as well.
  7. You're prob right. I think moving Big Mike will be a necessity now.
  8. What his legion of followers won't admit is that their Deity went to play on a much better team than the Bills had at the time and still managed to find a way to go on a 9 game losing streak!!! Imagine what could've happened if he stayed.
  9. If the DA didn't have a personal vendetta and actually spent a few hours questioning his witnesses so their stories added up, MJ wouldn't be getting off. However, I don't think he will because what he alledgedly did is far worse than murder! Sorry, this is how cynical this country has become. And yes, I do believe if you have stature and $$$ to get your ass off any crime, you will!
  10. I don't think releasing Praylow was the reason behind it. I'm sure they wanted to create more cap space but TD didn't want to let this guy walk for no reason. Pierson wants to start and could get his wish. He was just a backup and teams player so why pay him more for less playing time?
  11. What's sad about that is an extremely vocal minority with their constant bitchings and moanings pressured the Admin to make this place alot more conservative. I don't see any kids visiting here so why should we all act grown up like we're trapped in the 50's or sumthin.
  12. And with a super sized pooper scooper too!
  13. Cesar Chavez is rolling in his grave. He would be cartwheeling in disgust if things weren't so confined down there.
  14. Wire will make room shortly. BTW, it's disturbing to be losing alot of ST players lately even if they were busts as starters. I trust April and TD to get other guys to play hard there so it's not something we should worry about.
  15. He was D MVP in 1995. Jaguars used him to cover downfield instead of rushing the passer. What a waste that was. Too bad we couldn't keep him. BTW, Bruce was the 1996 MVP due in large part to Paup. Phil Hansen helped heaps too. Wow, what a group that was!
  16. Lucas has written them all! If you guys don't like it, don't buy the videos merchandise, etc. It's fine to critique his work but to say some God awful things is crossing the line. I'm not saying it's happening in this thread but I've seen it on this forum elsewhere.
  17. Amen! Finally some rationale regarding team needs!!!!!
  18. John Mulkern (Blasdell, NY): Now that Doug Flutie has been released by the San Diego Chargers, and given the strikingly similarities that J.P. Losman shares with Doug Flutie, also the positive benefits the Bills will redeem by having Flutie on the roster (leadership, ticket sales, etc) would it not make sense to have Doug mentor the young J.P. Losman? Everyone I have asked agrees. How about you? TD: Doug Flutie provided some exciting moments in our franchise history that our fans will always remember and we have great admiration for him and his career, but we have never seen him as a mentor. Currently, J.P. has two very good mentors in coach Sam Wyche and Kelly Holcomb. Some people will never believe this when blinded by their adoration of one person. We need a team player who hasn't reached the zenith of his career but this kind of logic doesn't register for them. What a pity. Joe Cumbo (Rochester, NY): Why didn't you even make a lowball offer to Jonas Jennings? You said he was asking for too much but he said you guys never even offered him anything. Who are you going to find to replace him at the most crucial position on the offensive line? TD: Last summer during training camp we did make a significant offer to Jonas' agent. His agent told us at the time they were looking for a double-digit signing bonus which we were not going to do in training camp, during the season or after the season. We will continue to look at ways to add and upgrade our offensive line. There are many prospects in the upcoming draft that our scouts and coaches are very excited about. Giving an average lineman like Jennings Orlando Pace type money is ridiculous and this Joe Cumbo needs to be called out. Does Joe think we would match San Fran's offer???!!! I agree our line is diminished greatly w/o him but it's really assinine to throw $$$ to players who prob may never make the PB.
  19. LOL, try it in real life and see what happens.
  20. Ditto on the helmet.
  21. I was going to post the same thing. A young guy at guard isn't that bad. I wouldn't start a rookie at center either.
  22. I actually would prefer brittle thigh bone to mullet boy.
  23. I shudder to think that JP will be scrambling on 60% of his pass attempts. That leads to injuries. No, we need a line good enough to block w/o regard to who is QB of this team.
