I haven't felt threatened by anyone here that would result in that. The trolls I just laff at and move on.

1. He thinks too highly of himself. Does he have the LB's in Minny to make him look good? 2. Yes, he may be right but might have to eat crow. A rookie QB has lots to learn in the NFL. I certainly don't think JP has the where-with-all to win games for us now but he might be able to keep us in games (at least I hope so). 3. Releasing him is totally assinine. Would he say the same thing if TH was not African American. And I'm prob the biggest Travis fan on the board.

Travis won't be traded because of anything he says or does. Other teams don't think he's worthy of a 3rd round pick. Now that's just plain stupid! It's not like we're asking for a 1st rounder. These teams need to pull their heads out of their collective asses.

When is great defense, stud O-line and great running game a fluke? The Jags, as they proved last year, are over-hyped. They should've crushed us amongst other teams.

The mother didn't help but that's not what did it in for him from the start. Both the victim and his sister lied on just about everything. He should've spent more time questioning them!!! The mother is a fruit loop--she really should be committed. And I don't buy the crap that she had a hard life and that is why she acts like that. It's weird but I read somewhere that we have signed on as a long snapper and not really as a TE. But that catch in the end zone makes you think he's got better hands than we're led to believe. He doesn't look very big or fast so I dunno if he could transition into an NFL-capable receiver. Not sure how many passes were thrown his way (yes, I saw the whole game too) but he only dropped 1. It should've been caught, IMO.

Seriously, the coaching staff is working hard to make it an easy transition for the kid. Namely, shoring up that pathetic line we used to have and feature the running game alot more to take the pressure off of him. What's great is that we have a pretty decent D and very good teams that can keep us in or win games for us. It's not a question of IF he will struggle but WHEN and how long will he be mired in it? The Stillers didn't have a playoff team because they relied solely on Ben. If the receivers played like they did last year, we will won't come close to having a winning record.
