  1. LOL! He prob came here to get his facts straight too. Most of the people here are a lot smarter than these out-of-town newsies. I'm not surprised.
  2. I'm itching to watch the 1992 AFC Championship game for over a month now. I'll pop it in later and fall asleep to it.
  3. I'd rather spend it on a great O-line where Willis starts blazing his trail to the HOF this season.
  4. I concur. The final 12 will be interesting.
  5. Petitioning CBS would do a lot more good than posting here.
  6. That's funny but if that statement were true, God would've destroyed most of Europe by now. God doesn't hate people, he hates sin.
  7. I think he plays the same amount of time he did this past week.
  8. The only one in that group that we keep is Shaud. I think the rest get cut.
  9. Shane will NOT re-sign if we cut him. TD and MM had to go thru alot to get him to come back this year. He wants to retire and I seriously doubt he'll even consider offers from other teams if we release him.
  10. Sounds familiar doesn't it? Willis had to work twice as hard as any back in the league for those 1000 yards. We really need to overhaul that line. Run blocking is still a mystery to them.
  11. Man, who said JP was going to improve overnight? It's going to take him 3 years to understand the NFL game. The disturbing part of the offense is that the line hasn't improved from last year with regard to run blocking! We are still fumbling in the red zone and dropping easy passes once again. This is what we should be worried about, not some rookie QB. The defense and ST are going to surprise no one this year so the offense has to stop playing stupid and help out with yards and points. No more excuses.
  12. I thought we were going to see more of Lionel Gates and the other backs for the first half. That never materialized. I guess he was playing to win this game instead of evaluating certain players.
  13. We need another cocky s.o.b. QB who can get it done and actually LEAD this team. It's been too damned long. I'm tired of having SB caliber defenses and not be able to do anything with them.
  14. Crushing any NFL team is a hard undertaking. Certainly, they could've played alot better! The Bears could possibly be a winning team with the way they man handled our O-line.
  15. Instead of INT, you should've labeled it: turnovers. He doesn't have to play well, just not lose games for us.
  16. Exactly! How many poor Septembers did we have back then? NONE! Last year? 0-4. This year? Let's hope it doesn't carry over again.
  17. Some of us aren't but then we don't have an immobile QB anymore. If we can't block 1 on 1 in the regular season for the running game we won't win 5 games.
  18. Normally I wouldn't panic but seeing what we did last year in preseason scares me. It carried over despite being on my knees and praying lots.
  19. Not worried about him. He's prob saving himself for the real games. The line, on the other hand, is a different matter entirely.
  20. To be honest, the O in the second half last year looked bad on paper because they didn't put up the yards. Helluva lot of points tho. I could live with that all over again except being bowled over by a playoff team's scrubs.
  21. Me too. That is why Lindell is still on the roster. He's a detriment to the team as well.
  22. JP doesn't have to carry this team and he knows that. It is very nice to hear, however. The makings of a true leader. Unlike some in the past who were so plagued by their own narcissistic delusions.
  23. Very true! But against those playoff caliber teams, we won't have a chance until Willis has big games for us and that doesn't appear likely since we can't block 1 on 1 for him and create holes.
  24. Let's hope the starting D doesn't give up that late score like they did a couple of times last year.
