  1. Brian Cox, Dan Marino Don Shula for coaches
  2. I trust TD. I trust our coaches. And I trust Troy Vincent.
  3. Anyone see that McGahee highlight video that was going around here? It was very clear by watching that video that Moulds is excellent downfield blocker -- a realy asset in the running game, which is what I believe the Bills want to focus on this upcoming season. Not to mention the fact that he is mentoring Evans and Parrish. Moulds is worth every penny he gets.
  4. Some of the TV insider blogs said E! didn't want to get into what was surely going to be costly negotiations for a contract extension. Howard has wanted more freedom for the show for a long time. I see him landing on Skinemax or HBO.
  5. I too would would much rather see Travis go to the Titans. Jax is going to be tough this year. Tenn is going to suck. Higher draft pick and a muc less likely chance the Bills coud possibley have to play against him in the playoffs.
  6. Yep. All construction is done there. I hope to never drive through that little town again.
  7. This is correct. Route 15 is mostly highway now days. It is great. Since they opened the newest bypass (over Mansfield), I've cut at least a full hour each way off my time. Oh, I always stop at Wegmans in Williamsport on 15 for a sub. I can make it from Fredericksburg to Rochester by leaving at 4 am and taking 95 in well less than 7 hours.
  8. I drive from DC to Rochester almost weekly. When leaving from DC, I take 95N to 695W to 83N to 15N to 390N to 90. When leaving from home, which is south of DC in Fredericksburg, I take Rt. 17W to 66W to 81N to 15N tp 390N to 90. I am pretty sure it is the best way to Rochester. You;d be getting on the Thruway in Henrietta if that helps.
  9. The author of this article should have proofread it a lot better. It is petty I guess, but I have a hard time respecting (let alone reading) articles filled with basic grammar mistakes like this one. Sorry, just a pet peeve of mine.
  10. Ha. Thanks. I can read, I swear....
  11. Big difference between fantasy football and fantasy baseball. I think it is great that Willis went so high. Thanks for the info. I'd be interested in hearing who #3 was. My guess is Shaun Alexander.
  12. Good questions, and I thought about most of them, too. Collins got drafted (third round). Travis didn't. I'm really thinking about picking him up, but I just don't know who to drop to do that. Culpepper went #8 overall. I think that is way too high. I looked for Ricky but couldn't find him. I'm not sure if he's available. I like your idea about packaging the two WRs. Thanks.
  13. My estimate of 2.5 hours was both ways with the typical traffic. I drove down to Richmond several times last fall and always found the roads to be jammed. Even if it only took 90 minutes round trip, that would be too long to do every weekend. It's all good though. Hope to catch at least one game this year down your way.
  14. I was kind of thinking the same thing. But it just adds to the challenge I guess. At least everyone in the league is in the same boat.
  15. Thanks. I figured it was worth taking a flier on Bettis as he got a lot of short yardage TDs last year. Yes, I only start two RBs.
  16. I know it is very early, but I couldn't wait. Do any of you guys see any glaring holes I should consider plugging. This is my first time playing. By the way, I was second to pick in the first round. I think I would have taken McGahee if I had been third. He went fourth. JP didn't get drafted. It's the free Yahoo version. Any input would be great. QBs M. Hasselbeck B. Leftwich WRs L. Evans T. Holt M. Clayton Mi. Williams J. McCareins RBs L. Tomlinson J. Jones J. Bettis TEs A. Crumpler J. Wiggins Kickers J. Elam Defenses Pittsburgh Philadelphia
  17. Maybe you guys should come on up to Fredericksburg! Actually, maybe we can make a road trip down your way now and then, but I really cannot dedicate two and a half hours to drive time each Sunday.
  18. Smart move. Everyone goes to Eastview.
  19. Normally I agree with this statement, but Jack White is like three guys in one. There are few active bands out there that pump out as much sound as the Stripes. The one thing I like about them is that they dont;' have any trouble redefining themselves each time they put a CD out. So many band have one sound and just milk it for everything it is worth. The Stripes just keep coming up with new sounds. New sounds can take a little bit to catch on. Listen to this CD for a few days and it will grow on you. Oh, and Gringo, you're right about De Stijl. That is by far their best album. Too bad so few people have bothered to pick it up.
  20. I'm IMing you right now. I've been interesting in doing just this for a while now. There are at least two others on this board who also live in Fredericksburg.
  21. I just bought gifts for my guys this past weekend. I got 'em poker sets which came with chips and cards in a metal suit case type of thing. Just about everything listed in this thread is available at Things Remembered. Man do they have the corner on this market.
  22. Talk when you're home. I don't know your schedules, but a lot of young adults work long hours. Make the time you have together count. I agree with the post about money. Keep separate accounts. Put the utilities and lease in one person's name. This isn't just to prepare for a cleaner breakup. The majority of relationship-ending problems are directly related to money. You greatly increase your chances of making it if you BOTH have a clear, joint understanding of each half's financial responsibilities. Lastly, just don't lie. It will make everything so much easier in the long run.
  23. Good point. So maybe they already had holding out in mind before they signed with him. He's still an ass who is a major danger to pro football.
  24. It looks like they were pretty tough on most teams. The good thing I see is that the majority of our competion got sub-par grades. Oh, and I agree with them than KC has had a very good offseason. They could do some damage if they stay healthy.
  25. Well done, Chad. It's about time a player stands up to that fugger.
