AFC west will be very tough but here’s a huge problem for the team that finishes 2nd in the conference. You’re likely facing an angry battle tested AFC west 7th seed in the 1st round of the playoffs. Makes getting the 1st seed that much more important.

They didn’t add a WR in the 1st few rounds when they had Diggs and Beasley. They added Davis and developed him. That’s exactly what their plan at WR should be this year. Round 3-4 WR and develop. Probably another one in the 6-7 rounds. We need depth. Crowder should get around 70 targets. Davis an extra 40 targets. Knox an extra 10 targets. McKenzie probably gets more targets, let’s give him 10 more. I’m being conservative here with target projections. So we’re looking at a projection of 50 targets or so for the rookie WR. A season likely of 35 catches, 500 yards, 5 TDs. I think we can get a WR in the 3-4 round that gives us similar numbers but might need more time to develop. A Josh Palmer like WR from last year.

Does anyone have a DB they don’t want at 25. I really like a lot of DBs in this draft. Especially in the 1st 2 rounds. I kind of want to double up with CB and S.

Contract is a very different discussion. At this point it’ll be hard to retain him unless he takes a Milano deal.

I think this take is pretty bad but that’s the only way I’ll justify someone saying Allen has no weapons. If you think Gabe Davis isn’t a WR2 then yes we “need” a WR. I disagree. I think Davis is a WR2. I also think Knox has top 5 TE ability. I’ve been a huge believer in Knox since before his breakout last year. Knox could easily be a “WR2” IMO. Get 100+ targets. we definitely need WR depth. I would draft Jameson Williams if he fell to 25. There are some good WR’s to be had 3-4 that will add to the WR room. I was on the WR at 25 bandwagon until Diggs signed. We shouldn’t have to worry about our top 2 WR’s for 2 years. I think next year WR becomes more of a topic based on Davis. I wouldn’t pass on Jameson Williams because he’s a top 10 talent. But WR depth can be filled later in the draft.

How do you figure they don’t have offensive weapons for Allen? They can definitively improve the run game, and they have attempted through the OL coach and a top run blocker. Is Gabe Davis never going to get a chance? IOL could be upgraded sure.

Edmunds is a defensive captain of the #1 defense in the NFL. But people think they’re #1 only because of who we faced. But no one else on the defense is criticized for facing a weak offensive schedule but Edmunds. How a biased mind works.

The Bills have plenty of offensive weapons for Allen. I’m not sure what you mean?

Pickens is going to be the best WR of the draft class.

I think the Bills make him a CB. Fits our defense.

He’s multiple. Lines up everywhere. And if you watch him you can actually picture him in our defense doing exactly what he did at Michigan.

I’m going to listen. I watched like an hour of Hill straight after I saw the mock. He looks like a perfect fit for our defense.

I love this player. Kiper forgets we have Taron Johnson in the slot. I would love to see how McDermott uses Hill’s versatility. Why make the deal now then? Basically they waited until they had no time. The upper deck will be unsafe in a few years. They had to get a deal done quickly. Maybe that was strategic by the Pegulas to force the public money.

There was pressure to get it built quickly because the stadium was falling apart. Sounds like if they had more time a downtown stadium was possible.

I’m sure the stadium will be great but I’m a little disappointed that the new stadium is being rushed because the current stadium is falling apart.

We started this offseason with negative cap space. Just saying.

The thing about Poyer is why haven’t they extended him already? Final year, Defensive captain, All-pro, team leader.

There are more informed people than I when it comes to the cap but performance incentives would be paid after the season and don’t count against the current seasons cap.

All the Giants care about this year is getting 1st round picks for 2023. I wouldn’t be shocked if they get 2 extra 2023 1st round picks. I think Bradberry will get traded.

Yeah they’re going to sign a CB either way but the question is what level of CB.
