  1. This could set up re-signing AJ Klein for early down work and go with 3 safeties and 3 CBs on passing downs.
  2. Wonder if the Bills are planning on using him in sub packages. Milano and 3 safeties 3 CBs on the back end.
  3. We’re not upgrading any of them this year. Key word is upgrade. No one we draft is starting over any of the players mentioned. The only possibility is Spencer Brown. And we don’t have a lot of holes to fill. Minus MLB we’re deeper than we were last season as the Super Bowl favorites.
  4. Kind of how I felt. WR draft stinks this year.
  5. I honestly don’t know why we’re so down on Bernard? Such a mystery to me.
  6. I’ve changed how I view ILB. I don’t want the size to take on linemen I want length for coverage. Henley has 33 inch arms, which are the longest of the top LBs.
  7. He’s more of a Milano type.
  8. Atlanta should be all over this trade.
  9. Geez. So you’re trying to upgrade Gabe Davis, Ryan Bates, Spencer Brown, James Cook, and Ed Oliver in this draft? And also fill starting MLB?
  10. Who could you possibly upgrade with draft picks besides MLB and OT? Who are you upgrading that plays significant snaps?
  11. Reset sure but that’s like $50 million in cap space off the books in 4 players. We’ll be fine because we have the main piece to build around.
  12. I don’t see so many roster spots needing improvement? MLB and OT are starting positions they must improve in the draft. Depth wise they could probably draft any position.
  13. Impossible to know for who but there’s typically movement late in the 1st.
  14. I wasn’t sold but I understood that the Bills needed to find out if he can be a WR2 before drafting his replacement. He did earn those snaps he got last year. You typically don’t draft slot only WRs high in the draft. So spending a 1st is technically replacing Davis.
  15. That’s not the point. Bad value because they are positions you can easily find starters.
  16. What? Whitner was a draft and start from day 1. Spiller could’ve easily started as a rookie. Same as James Cook. We had starters already at RB.
  17. MLB is a very easy position to fill if you’re willing to spend a 1st or high 2nd them. MLB, RB, and S are pretty easy fills with high picks.
  18. Yes. Last year was Gabe Davis prove it year. Not in his contract year. Last year I had a different approach to Gabe Davis. We had to find out about him. We found out.
  19. Fit is huge. Campbell is the best pure fit for our defense. He understands zone coverage very well, that’s huge for the Bills.
  20. I think what you’re looking for is the best combination of football IQ and explosive athletic ability. GMs and scouts lean towards the explosive athlete. Jack Campbell doesn’t look like an explosive athlete on film but his testing says otherwise. He’s under control and does his job. I think the Bills would feel comfortable taking him at 27 do to the testing. I think they can get him trading down.
  21. I think they’re in prime trade down or up territory. I think trading down makes a lot of sense.
  22. It wasn’t just Davis being limited it was McKenzie as well. Understand I was very pro Davis and McKenzie. I understood why they were getting the opportunity. They are what they are. I still think Davis has value as a deep threat, red zone target, and blocker. He’s not fast but he has an ability to get behind the defense.
  23. Probably if the DB doesn’t grab it for him.
  24. The DB caught it for him. Lol. I take it back.
