  1. I'm assuming from your screen name you're an FSU fan and watch their games. I posted early in this thread - my brother's a (long time) FSU alum and watches all their games. He said Coleman is the best FSU receiver he's ever seen at the school, and "if he stays healthy he'll be a force"
  2. Usually when a team grabs a guy even though it seems to the guy on the street "he would have been there much later", they know someone else has their eye on him
  3. FWIW my brother's an FSU alum has followed the team closely 35 yrs - said he's the best FSU receiver he's ever seen while at school - "if he stays healthy he'll be a force"
  4. I don't get people being mad that we traded with KC and "gave them" the receiver they wanted. KC was going to get the receiver anyway, and we didn't want him - so we traded back and got the compensation that matches the move according to the draft trade formulas. Did people want us to draft a player we didn't want just to spite KC? And people saying we should have gotten more for the trade just aren't being realistic. If they asked for more than the trade was valued at the trade wouldn't have happened People can be mad if they wanted Worthy and the Bills didn't draft him, but being mad they "gave" a player to KC doesn't make sense. KC literally paid a price for it
  5. Now for the next 20 yrs bills fans will be complaining about the player that kc took after we traded down with them in the first
  6. Its so stupid when they go to someone like Rappaport and they talk in vague terms about what "could be avail" when they know the pick and obviously tip it
  7. "Never said anything to him or his reps about a QB in 1st round despite suggesting they would" - wth does that even mean
  8. This feels like a new thing where the expert comes on before each pick they know and "hints" at the possibility
  9. Dang - I'm a UNC fan and liked and rooted for Maye. Those days are over
  10. Just "Go Bills" for me. My Dad absolutely loves seeing Bills fans when he travels. Every time he travels and I talk to him there's always a story how he saw a Bills fan at the airport etc. and he still gets such a kick out of it. I was just outside (in NC) and a young couple that just moved into our neighborhood walked by and stopped bc I have a small Bills flag in my yard "You a Bills fan?" - they both grew up in Buffalo area (also told story the person they bought the house from was a Jets fan and one bedroom was painted entirely in Jets green - the first thing they painted lol)
  11. I didn't want to send the thread in different directions and bring this up - but since you did 😛 - years ago there was a 'documentary' on youtube put together by some PI that had compelling point by poing breakdowns of how/why OJ's son could have done it. It was pretty compelling. Every once in a while I've looked for it and can't find it anymore. I've (half-)joked with my kids over the years that OJ took the fall for his son.
  12. Ooops - yeah that would be awkward - fixed
  13. I was 9 yrs old in 1973 and there was no bigger idol to me and my friends back then than The Juice
  14. I think other people have mentioned - Graham's mention of the incident in his article was intended to be sympathetic to Josh and a bad look for Diggs - in the context that things may not have been 100% rainbows at the beginning of the year - but how much was it "Diggs being Diggs". Josh was feeling terrible after loss, other players were consoling him and trying to pick him up, and Diggs goes over and whispers something - that obviously wasn't supportive or consoling - that set Josh off. I haven't seen people pushing the Josh yelling as a negative angle - if they are they are not reading the original portrayal of the incident in the article correctly.
  15. Hoping Josh is gulping all this Diggs "He is nothing without me" narrative as fuel for next year
  16. Had to stop watching after I heard the "Josh Allen's window is now closed" hot hot take for the 10th time
  17. Schefter just said on NFL Live: "Move the Bills knew was coming - a move they felt like they had to make. It was inevitable with this relationship running its course that the Bills were going to have to go in a different direction. Sometimes, as great as Stefon Diggs is, there's addition by subtraction - and sometimes you can create a better environment even though you don't have the talent that you'd like in Buffalo. And so that is what the Buffalo Bills I believe are putting their hopes into right now - that they're hoping some of these young receivers can step up, they're hoping that there's better chemistry, they're hoping that there's not some of the sideline disagreements that there were between Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs. It's hard to lose a player as great as Stefon Diggs ... they're hoping that by moving on that this team somhow can be just as good, just as effective. Just tuned in and they were all talking about the Houston side of it how great it is for them, Stroud etc
  18. Seems like Samuel would be a good candiate with both RB and WR experience
