Sure i dont like seeing tiger win all the time, and i am a mickelson fan, but the ruling was correct. The clubhouse wasnt OB, and they said there really isnt ANY OB on the entire course. Also, did i miss the officials drop the ball on the green on his 3rd shot with a PW? Because i saw him make an amazing shot after taking his drop. He caught a bit of luck that the ball wasnt OB, but then capitalized on it with the great 3rd shot.

Sure, leinart had some great numbers, but did you see any of the game? A lot fo his completions were to wide open WR's. Also, leinarts passes show a decided lack of zip on them. Sure he can toss the ball, but notice how the 15-20 yard patterns just dont get there with any significant velocity. Put that arm in the codl weather and swirling winds of late fall/early winter in the ralph, and i have no confidence he could zip a 10 yard out past a defender into our WR's arms. But then again, i am making a logical analysis here. Thats perhaps where i went wrong.

Getting your starters ready for the season is much more important than determining who survives 1 more week of practice before being cut on the final cut. I'm sure they have a reasonable idea who isnt going to make it to the final 65, and the 4th preseason game is for sorting out the tough decision of who makes the final roster and who doesnt. I want to see our starters in there for at least a half to help get them in rhythm.

yah wearing the sideline hats would be a decent idea, especially when we wear the throwbacks. Some of the sideline hats now are just ugly. That and the fact reebok makes about 14 different sideline hats per season. I have last years "2nd season" sideline hat, because i liked the style. Its just tough to judge sacks in preseason, because there are so many personnell changes throughout the course of the game. But continuity along the line will go a long way to at least upgrading the line from terrible to ok.

This is a HUGE advantage of the cover 2 defense. Its the reason why Indy spends like coke fiends on their offense. Dungy has stated numeous times that with his cover 2, you can almost run a "plug and play" with rookies. Its also why hes not terribly worried about losing decent players every season. Draft a decent rookie, and they can pick the system quickyl, and rely on their athleticism to overcome their inexperience.

Who ever thought Holcomb was a gunslinger? You do realize that the game you mentioned was 1 of 2 games in his ENTIRE 10 YEAR CAREER where he put up those kind of numbers. 1 game worth of stats doesnt define a career. What about the other 20 or so games started where he didnt put up squat for numbers? We thoguht we were getting a solid backup QB. And thats what holcomb was at the time.
