My first Bills game was in 78 I believe. It was a Monday Night Game against Miami, early in the season. I remember this guy being carried INTO the stadium by 4 friends, each one had an arm or a leg. He was definitely passed out but his buddies weren't going to let him miss the game lol. I also remember a sign in the end zone, the infamous "Howard, Yuck" with the Mr. Yuck logo as the O in Howard. This goes back to what I said earlier. Not enough inventory will drive up the price, no matter what that price is. There are people here, maybe even a corporation that will buy this house at or over asking for housing when a C Level Executive visits Buffalo.

Buffalo and the surrounding area is the #1 rated real estate market in the US. People are moving here in large numbers. There's a ton of demand and not enough inventory. His asking price does seem high but I would not be surprised one bit if he gets an offer over asking.

Bon Jovi delivered music that got the youngins up and dancing. When Bon Jovi is played, the majority of us middle age folks sing along. For the Comeback game, The old American Sports Bar and Grill on Transit, now a Cracker Barrell, had "Full NFL Coverage". Yes. They had the game on. It was packed to start the game. At halftime, more than half the people left. When the comeback started, they had to lock the doors as the managers estimated 2500 people were in the bar and seating area. When Christie made the field goal, waitresses started dancing on the tables. Good times.
