  1. Gramatica!!!! Oh wait, it said accuracy.
  2. Vandy 87% for career primarly indoors Lindell 76.2% for career primarly outdoors Viniteri 82.1% for career primarly outdoors I'll take Viniteri first and say Vandy and Lindell aren't much different.
  3. Football is a wonderful spectator sport. But, to read in to any of the statistics that are kept on the game doesn't usually tell you much about the players. For instance, a key to every team is the offensive line. How would Moulds & Co. do behind the line of KC? How can we gauge that when there really isn't any statistically data to compare it to considering the skill position players have different skill sets in KC. My personal opinion of Eric Moulds is extremely positive. The guy is a great, no fantastic number 1 reciever. You can say all you want about how he was "disappointing" last year. But, considering he was injured for half of the year and his number 2's were Bobby Shaw (gone) and Josh Reed (no higher than 3 on the depth chart this year) says something, doesn't it?
  4. But, the fact still remains the same. The guy could possible ruin his career and he can be 100% sure he will not recieve the same long term contract he would recieve if he gets hurt. As said before, just because the team doctor clears you does not mean you are ready to go. If I remember correctly Troy Vincent was cleared 3 weeks before he suited up.
  5. bwahahaha...... But seriously.. Ru Paul
  6. I'm glad he's in the AL. This way he can't throw another perfect game against us.
  7. That's why I haven't joined fight club.
  8. The bigger issue, and I'm not an insider but this has been metioned in most of the articles I've read, is his mechanics. I hope that JP can comprehend the offense, and yes there is a learning curve to everything but by this point if he's not getting it I would be alarmed!
  9. I mean to tell you that if he ends up tearing that ACL the owners are going to have more power over him than he'll have over the owners. He'll command a large contract by not getting hurt. But, if he comes out and plays a few plays and gets injured he's screwed. He's left questioning what could have been for a long time. He's make a wise move financially. And I don't blame him.
  10. In breaking news the Yankees just claimed Antartica.
  11. The Toronto Blue Jays purchased the Skydome for 21.2 million dollars last year. The building price was $375 million dollars.
  12. Forcast is 30's and sunny for Sunday. Seymour, Poole and Law are out. I like their chances.
  13. He sprained his knee. Same injury that Troy Vincent had and had to nurse but everyone bashed on here b/c he wasn't ready to come back.
  14. Ricky made a decision to quit the game. He screwed his team and the fans of Miami. He's a bum b/c he walked away while he was under contract. JA is under contract and is injured. He's been cleared to play by the doctors. In the NFL this doesn't mean much. I've seen players (Steve Young) go out and play while having a concussion that could have resulted in death.
  15. I was over at Yahoo looking at the summer movies coming out and I noticed Aeon Flux is going to be a movie. Do any of you guys remember this show on Liquid TV on MTV. Same show Bevis & Butthead started on. It was one weird ass show, very dark and she always ended up dying at the end by different means. Oh and of course she was scantilly clad. Should be interesting with Charlize Theron. http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hp&cf=prev&id=1808551929 here's some info about the original show. http://www.sadgeezer.com/html/Sections%2Bi...-40-page-1.html
  16. Most people I know can't afford to stop working if their wife gets cancer. They end up working two jobs to support that loss of income. While it's a noble act and I would never question the heart of the man, football, the business he was in allowed for him to take this time off because he was well paid. If he was a stone worker I doubt he'd be able to do this.
  17. Chances are if you "tweak" your back you will be able to work at some point again. It's been said over and over again the John Abraham could potentially cause damage to his knee that would take more than a year to rehab. If he does injure it the guy could be done. That's it. You could go get an office job and I doubt your pay would change that much. John would be losing millions. It's a little different.
  18. Was he in a contract year when this happened?
  19. Well then I love money too. I'm sure Mr. Abraham wants to play as all professional athletes do. But at the same time can he risk the livelhood of his family, the people who really depend on him, in order to appease the fans of the Jets. I don't think so. As a fan of the Jets I'd be disappointed, but as an adult with responsibilites I understand his intentions are good.
  20. The difference is the injuries on D for the Pats this time around. Peyton isn't going to be throwing pics to Earthwind Moreland and Troy Brown like Mr. Bledsoe does.
  21. Sweet. I have no idea on the hotel. Man, you are one lucky dog.
  22. I do not agree. This is the man's job. He risks never being able to do his job again if he aggravates this injury. It's his call and his decision. You may look at it like it's a game, but it's his life we are talking about. And I'm sure no one will be sending him checks to help pay the bills if he gets injured in this game and can never play again.
  23. pffffftttt...say what you want about Moulds but the guy is one of the best in the league. He's a true number one reciever. He made Peerless Price a rich man, and he's going to do the same for Lee Evans.
  24. last year I felt that way. This year I've submitted to thhe anguish that is the truth. The Pats are very close to being called the team of the 00's and a dynasty. Peyton you had better be ready to put up around 42 points.
  25. I know it wasn't mentioned on here but if you get the opportunity to go on a Disney Cruise don't pass it up. We went in 2001 and it was unfreakingreal. The food was divine, the entertainment was top notch (adult & kids), the activities were great, shore excursions were fantastic. I've went on about five or six Royal Carribean cruises but they are no comparison to Disney.
