What does having season tickets have to do with how loyal a fan you are?
Those of us who live 3000 miles away and purchas NFL Sunday ticket (of which part of the proceeds indirectly go to the Bills) and buy tons of Bills gear HAVE AS MUCH A STAKE IN THIS TEAM AS YOU DO........
What you are saying is you feel you have a share of the bills because you have the OPPORTUNITY to go to the games.....
You dont.....and if you drop those tickets somebody else will pick them up in a heartbeat
I live 500 miles from Buffalo. To answer your first question: Owning season tickets helps keep the team in Buffalo, even though I can only get to 3 games a year.
Two, as nice as it is you pay for Sunday Ticket, the bills only get a 1/32 cut of that money. All of my money goes to the Bills. Also, tickets sales is the only thing we can do as fans to contribute to the success of the Bills.
Three, If I did not renew my season tickets, chances are no one would pick them up. The Bills only have 40,000 or so season ticket holders. When they suck, that number goes down.
Having said all that, I reserve the right to be honest, and critical, of my team.

Why, by coincidence that just so happens to be the year the DonnaHo plans to have the Bills get a winning record!
I sometimes think this is the plan, that Tommy will destroy this team to such an extent that NO ONE will attend the games, and then Ralph, or Ralpheena will then move the team to LA.
Right now they're the La-La Bills anyway. Will it make a difference if they become the LA Bills?
Does any of this remind you of the Buffalo Braves? They gutted a good franchise so they could argue lack of fan support to move them to San Diego. "Genius" Donahoe must be working for L.A. interests. The guy can't be that stupid.
By the way...you don't score points with people calling their daughters a bee-yotch.

Glad someone else has pointed this out. The people that are so quick to criticize the negative posts are the ones that haven't bought a ticket to a Bills game (home or away) in a long time. They don't sit there week after week at Ralph Wilson Stadium suffering through the cold gray day while the Bills get their ass kicked again.
Then they try to come here and tell someone like myself or you that we aren't loyal fans because we have the GUTS to admit our team is the laughingstock of the NFL and will be for years to come.
We beat a horrible team last week, and then we came back to earth.
It's that simple. I think we will lose to Arizona this week.

Listen jerk, last week people were trying to be optimistic. They were trying to avoid being being like you. You still have to support your team no matter how bad it gets...by the way when was the last snap you took? I bet you could do a better job then every other player on the field. Why don't we sign you up and you go out week after week and bust your a$$ and see what you could produce. Sorry to be a jerk but some people are just worthless as in YOU.
How many season tickets do you have, sonny? I support this team with my wallet, and I plan to continue to support them. Unlike you.

Last week I made a critical post after the Bills beat Miami. I had to endure a lot of abuse for it. Everyone acted like last week was some kind of turning point for the Bills. I saw a team that still sucked, but beat a worse team. For that I got slammed.
Well what do you "Mary Sunshines" think now? Where is all the glowing praise? The talk of winning 12 straight? What happened? Could it be....I WAS RIGHT??? The Bills STILL SUCK???
I guess all you bandwagon jumpers crawled back under your rock, sucking your thumbs, while clutching your Drew Bledsoe bobblehead dolls. Sorry for the vitriol, but I took a lot of grief from a bunch of braindead numbnuts who don't have the guts to show their faces now.

I know you want to put down New England fans but come on dude be realistic for a minute here. The Pats are playing a regular season game against a divisional rival while the Red Sox are playing in the WORLD SERIES.
This just isnt a late season game against Tampa Bay. Then again I can see your point of view because Buffalo has zero competition in terms of sports franchises or anything else for that matter.

I am also amazed that I am still catching flack for putting the Bills down for their performance in last week's win. Most of you busting on me are newcomers to this board. I have been a member of TBD since it was part of the Rochester D&C. I suspect most of you were still crapping your diapers then.

This weekend is a stark reminder that no matter how good they are, the Patriots will always play second fiddle to the Red Sox. Two undefeated teams play at Foxboro at 4pm Sunday. Two division rivals. Pats and Jets. This would normally be a huge deal. But no one...not a soul...is talking Pats in Boston this week.
I wonder how it makes those guys feel?

Ditto....I did hate it when they shaved the enamel off my tooth. Didn't hurt at all, just felt terrible. The crown felt like it didn't fit for about 24 hours. Then it was fine after it settled in.

I have to watch Marcia Brady almost every week...and it pains me to say it, but he's f***in' incredible! There is no QB in the NFL who sees all of his receivers and can throw a dart to them anywhere on the field. Oh and he can do all that with 3 or 4 defensive players chasing him. Anyone who doubts this guy never actually sees him play.

You are assuming Jerry Rice would accept a trade to the Bills. Don't forget Rice's agent brokered this deal. He wanted to play with a coach he has a releationship with (Holmgren) and he wanted to go to a contender. The Bills do not qualify under either point. So it's probably not TD's fault this time.

He played most of the first half but didnt play well. One play Gray was furious with him and tried to take him out but he wouldnt leave the field. The coaches were pissed (and Pat Williams had to come out). They benched him for the second half, mosty because Edwads just happened to be playing well. But Adams was pissed and the coaches were pissed at him.
I just heard more about it. Bannan and Edwards were sent in after Adams and Williams were both bowled over by Sammy Morris. That was the play Gray was pissed at. Adams wouldnt come out and stayed in for three more plays. Bannan had to run off the field. Then the coaches yelled at Adams and benched him the rest of the game.
I'll bet it was the play in the 2nd Q where he (and another player...maybe Williams) were basically jogging while Sammy Morris did an end-around them.

The Bills and Pats are two sides of the same coin. Both teams can play ugly, but one finds the way to win every week. The other usually finds the way to lose. But that's usually the difference between a champion and a dud team.
